I bought the set a few months ago. Really liked them. So just bought another large one. However, the second large one I just bought is not the same. No double inside zipper, no extra inside pockets for shoes and items, missing outside corner protectors, and not as wide, plus doesn’t feel as sturdy.

    • Broke on our first trip!
Handle broke on our first trip! It was the top handle and the one on which the luggage tag had been placed. If we hadn’t had to collect our bags at the connection to go through customs, I think it would have been lost forever. The handle was flapping loose in one side and the luggage tag was gone. There had been other quality issues from the start. The lining tore away from the zipper when the first stack of clothes were set in. Loose threads were noticed on the external zippers when in line waiting to check the bag. Luckily just on the zipper to extend, but it started to separate by the time we picked it up at baggage claim. We knew this wasn’t the best quality on the market, but expected it to make it through one trip at least! These issues were on the gray and orange case. We also got the green and black case which fared better but we have no confidence in it lasting based on how this case performed. ... show more
