It is a really pretty area rug. I love the design and feel of the rug. One drawback is that this rug is difficult to clean, it gets sucked into the vacuum for some weird reason.

Our home has been through many washable rugs over the years, both name brand and expensive. This rug is a favorite in both pattern and feel, even in comparison to its $100+ competitors. The pattern goes beautifully with the decor of the room its in and I'm thrilled to have found it for such a great price! It also feels soft and silky under foot, especially considering how much we have paid for similarly sized washable rugs of the past. It's low pile so I'm not at all worried about it trapping dirt and other allergens or the fibers pulling in the wash. I haven't needed to wash it yet but I'm confident that it is durable enough to last through many washes. I got the 8x10 rug in black to cover up some old very low pile carpet and this definitely helped. Although it came folded in a box, there were NO creases in it when it arrived, which was a pleasant surprise - we were able to put it right down. The carpet is soft under our feet, and beautiful with lots of colors. Although it's got furniture atop it, I can see a couple of places where it wants to bunch up a tiny bit but not too bad. This rug is indeed more like a mat than a rug, but they are clear about that in the description so we knew this going into getting it. It works perfect for what we got it for—to cover the hard and questionably clean floor for some babies and toddlers to have a safe spot to crawl and play during an event. This rug is a nice looking rug, tho it's not the high quality of the more expensive brands. For a budget cost with a good look, this is a good alternative. The pile on the top is short and very soft. Walking with bare feet it feels nice. The colors are good and vibrant and work with my decor. The down side, this patterned pile glued to a rubber backing. So pretty and vibrant, it also folds up shockingly small, so I do believe it could go in the washer. No issues with slipping, but it's on a pretty nonslip surface for me. Super pretty and holding up even with my carpet loving cat so far.
