abunda_amazon_reviews I just received the batteries. I just want to let people know that these batteries are made in China, not Japanese, even tho the bullets clearly state "Premium Japanese..." Received Amazon's replacement set (labelled Set B) today. This is the result so far. Am still testing both sets on their battery life. 06/05/2019 --- 1) Replacement batteries (B1 & B2) took about 45 min to be fully charged out of the box. Both red lights came on while charging & upon fully charged, both turned green. But when I inserted them into Charger B again just to make sure the charger is reading correctly, one light did not turn green. Conclusion: Indicator light for B1 does NOT light up at all when inserted in all ports on both Chargers A & B. See first 4 pics. Definitely returning B1. 2) Pics 5~8: Charger A turned green for both A1 & A2, even when batteries were switched position. Charger B showed green for A1 but red for A2. Switched positions, and Charger B showed both as green. Suspect Charger B is probably defective, and decided not to insert my Set A batteries into it, just in case it blows them out just like B1 above. 3) For consistency, A1, A2 & B2 were then charged with Canon's charger. Each took about 3 minutes for charger light to turn from orange to green, & were taken out immediately upon turning green. I'm now testing their battery life by taking videos under the same camera & light condition with a stationary tripod. I used my Canon battery to adjust whatever setting I needed on the camera before testing. Then I inserted A1 into the camera, set it on the tripod, turn it on, press record (with an empty SD card). I used to get a little more from the OEM battery when it was new but these Wasabi are great for the money: half the price of OEM and you get two batteries and a spare charger. I suppose the ultimate test if they're still going strong one or two years out.

I always purchase Wasabi rechargeables for my good hybrid superzoom and DSLRs.
Wasabi brand non-OEM batteries have higher mAH rating than the original batteries, sometimes even hold their charge better than the original. I trust this brand over other non-OEMs.
