Wish it came with a USB charging block (used my cell phone charging block) & the batteries really should come with plastic safety caps. With that aside they charge quickly & fit the Canon M50 just like the OEM Canon battery. Number of shots per charge depends on how the camera is set-up, but the Wasabi's do as well as, if not significantly better than, the Canon OEM battery. I've used Wasabi''s in all my Canon cameras, including the correct wasabi battery model for the S120, 60D, and a 6D. I love how Wasabi Power batteries last longer than OEM Canon batteries and how affordable they are. Wasabi Power is a reliable brand that makes buying batteries a no-brainer. They are affordable, and they last a long time. I love how Wasabi Power batteries allow me to record video longer than my Canon battery. These batteries work fine in my Canon SX 70 HS. The life seems as good as the expensive OEM. The camera battery gauge works as it should. The charger is nothing special, but it works and I like that I can charge two batteries at once. The downside is that the kit is made in China. Chinese batteries don't have a great reputation. I do wish I'd spent a bit more a bought batteries either made in Japan or with Japan-made batteries. Still, these will work as backup. ... show more

Works as expected. Pretty sure it doesn’t last longer than the original although I didn’t time it. That said, it’s convenient to have extra batteries and these are a better bang for your buck, especially because you get two. I do think that the charger is a little bit awkward, It feels like the battery can be knocked off by a child or something very easily, but other than that, I’m satisfied.     • Great batteries, handy charger is a nice bonus
Batteries hold more charge than the OEM batteries, plus the USB charger is a super convenient travel option (can charge your camera batteries off of one of those 10000 mAh phone backup batteries.) You do have to pay attention to how you insert the batteries into the charger (it's possible to rotate them so the electrodes don't actually make contact), but that's a minor niggle. I bought these for the Canon M50. The times on each of these batteries is the same (within a few minutes) as an original Canon battery. Usually third party batteries are considerably lower - but these are not.

I had this for a few yeats and all batteries still charge and work in camera and have had zero problems. Charge holds as it should in batteries.

    • The charger and Batteries Fully Meet My Expectations
I have been using the two batteries and the charger for about 2 weeks now. The charger works great and charges the batteries, including my OEM battery that came with my Canon SX70 HS in about 2 hours.
