I purchased because it is not heavy to carry up the stairs where I live. And it arrived almost fully assembled. This is not the ideal e-scooter. There is safety issue- surface streets are a problem causing screws to become loose and the handle wobbled.

I bought the 500W motor version that provides a comfortable using experience. The 10 tires tires help me to cross the road more easily. The battery can support my daily using from home to school well. It is super easy to install by fixing 2 nails! I beg you 500W is much better than 350w.

Alright, I've been riding this little scooter to and from work (about 3.7 miles one way) for a few months now. It's been serviceable. Horrible on bumpy roads, no suspension so it's expectes. The screws that hold the handle bars together kept getting loose because of how bumpy the ride can get it... They eventually fell off completely and have been lost, so I had to used electrical tape to keep the handle bars sturdy. I used to have a scooter for the same price that was a lot more durable. Also it only goes around 15 for me. I'm 5'10 and around 196lbs. Edit - Added an additional star after dealing with the sellers fantastic customer service! ... show more

Just screw up and you are ready to go! One charge will last very long trip! Sadly, there is no lock. So be prepared to carry it around. But is tiny and easy to carry in the back of the car

Do not waste your money on this POS the battery don't stay charged for more than 10 minutes. The handlebars broke after the third ride. we haven't even had it four months. Haven't even wrote it more than five times and it's already trash.
