Description

WARN's AXON 35-S powersports winch has a brand new design that changes the future of powersports winches. These state-of-the-art ultra-durable winches for ATVs have a stout 3,500 lb capacity with a synthetic rope for riders who push the limits. The revolutionary Motactor combines motor and contactor for the best performance and easy installation. Included is a 50' x 7/32" synthetic rope, hawse fairlead, and black hook, as well as a dash-mounted control switch with a handlebar adapter. Digital control offers never-before- seen levels of performance and user feedback that includes load and temperature information. The durable, all-metal construction features black powder-coated finish for corrosion resistance and the waterproof sealing keeps the elements out. The new clutch design is based on the legendary WARN 4WD hub lock know-how. The three-stage planetary gear train is all-metal, smooth, and reliable, and the load-holding mechanical brake offers great control.

Fast Shipping came a day early. The project started by getting the (Amazon) Honda Rincon 650 & 680 KFI Winch Mount, fits my Honda 2006 TRX680. I did not use the front mounting U bolts Bolts to hold the plate interfered with the winch setting down flush, I used only the supplied back bolts. No problem, later I may countersink modified U supports. The bolt pattern fits the WARN AXON 35-S good. I was concern the winch would block air flow to the ATV radiator, this turned out not to be an issue. The winch looks big in the picture as it turns out it fits perfect other then the mounting plate U bolts. Wiring was straight forward. I used my ATV 12 volt power outlet adapter to power the red control wire so I did not need to splice into any wires for the power "On" circuit. I could not figure out what the two black rubber protectors fit on. My battery did not need them and they would not fit on the WARN Winch motor power cables terminals. No big deal. Hands down best quality winch! Super sturdy all cast design with the innovative “smart” circuitry, and synthetic rope is soooo much easier to work with (land management / cleanup use). The fit on an older CanAm was tight but doable and I’m so glad I upgrade from 25 to 35 along with the slick features. Highly recommended and ATVPartsDepot hand the best price BY ALOT! Bought this with anticipation on putting it on a brand new can am x3 Maverick XRS Max Turbo rr. Picked up a super ATV front winch bumper and found out that the winch does not mount horizontally it mounts vertically only. That was not specified in the description and I had to pay for shipping to return. ... show more

    • 2021 Yamaha Grizzly 700 with Axon 35S
This did not fit à 2021 yamaha grizzly 700 SE without cutting the plastic on the underside of the grill. I was not willing to do this.. I don't consider cutting plastic as fitment. I do have the Warn recommended blade mount and winch mount. The VRX 35S did fit.
