Remove the blanket while it is still damp and gently stretch it to its original size. 4. Drape the heated product over a clothesline or a shower rod, but DO NOT use clothespins! 5. The heated product must be COMPLETELY dry before reconnecting the power plug or control plug.

This blanket is wonderful! I am amazed at how soft it is. My little yorkie and I love to cuddle underneath it! The control on this has a very long cord which makes it easier to plug it in but in the other side, it’s sometimes somewhat difficult to find it. This blanket is WORTH the price!!! It’s so soft. It heats up really nicely! The different heat settings work just as intended. It’s really warm when it’s not on also. It’s pretty big also. I strongly recommend.

I love the softness of this blanket, and it does maintain heat very well. The heat setting goes from 1 to 5, with 5 being the highest. I haven't used it past 3 because that's plenty warm for me, so it definitely gets warm! The biggest downside which would prevent me from re-purchasing is the amount of non-heated blanket surface. There is about an 18" border around the entire blanket that is just normal, non-electric blanket. I didn't think it would be a big deal, but if I'm using it in bed I have to choose between warming my chest and warming my feet, because the heated section isn't large enough to do both. I'm not sure if this is common for electric blankets, but I will definitely keep it in mind next time I purchase one. ... show more

Product is a beautiful color and very soft. Heat setting is from 1-5 and it gets nice and hot on the highest. Though, the heat does isolate to a portion of the blanket and does not disperse well through the whole thing.

It's been 3 months now since getting this blanket it works great,but there is something one should be aware of the seat does not disperse evenly throughout the blanket at least from what I can tell. Also after 3 months of using it off and on it seems that the heating Factor is getting less and less it is not as hot or as warm as it used to be even at its highest temp. To me this is a warning that it might be wearing out and wearing thin already which is a concern. As I tend to use warms to help me with the pain in my muscles and in my nerves especially during the cold. It also helps me to sleep when I am having difficulty resting. Because of these facts it seems to also be taking longer and longer for the blanket to be heating up and warming up. And I was actually really beginning to like this blanket as it fits perfectly on my bed. It seems I keep running into the experience of having to find one after only a few months. So be careful when you're looking. If you choose to get this blanket I would recommend getting a spare. ... show more
