IF I COULD LEAVE 10 STARS I WOULD!! This is the warmest coat I have ever owned! I walk dogs for a living, so I deal with nasty weather! I wore it for the 1st time on a 22° day with 25 mph winds, and I stayed WARM!! The built-in 1/2 gloves are awesome and keep the wind from blowing up the sleeves! The size adjusters at the sleeve cuff and skirt help make it a custom fit. The large pockets make it easy to carry all my keys, extra gloves, and my cell phone, and they close up so rain can't get in. I normally don't like to wear hats or hoods, but this plush lined hood is so comfy and toasty, and the velcro closures and drawstrings keep the wind out!! I am 5' 5", 130 lbs, and I normally wear a size 6/8 women's, so I ordered a medium, and it fit perfectly. We've only had light rain since I bought this coat, but the raindrops sat on the fabric, and didn't soak in!! (See photo) I simply wiped the drops off! I'll update my review after our next heavy rain. **UPDATE!! - I wore this coat walking dogs for 2 days in medium rain and I stayed DRY!! The outer fabric of the coat got wet, but wiped dry pretty easily, and the fabric inside was completely dry!**

I'm normally a medium but after reading the reviews for this at great length decided to go for a small instead. It ended being much too tight in the shoulders and I definitely wouldn't have been able to layer under it, so I ended up having to return it. I'm 5'4" and about 135 lbs for reference. Besides it being too tight there wasn't anything wrong with it from what I noticed. The thumb holes were nice, the sleeve pocket was great, especially for when I go skiing, the hood was big, I didn't look bulky in it, it felt very warm, overall seemed like a great jacket. I didn't end up exchanging for a medium because the color was not the same as pictured. It looked white online but when it arrived was a medium grey. My next choice for color would have been red but I didn't know how different it would be from the picture so I decided not to get it. I may end up trying again and buying it though. Aside from the color differences this jacket seems great! Update: so I rebought the jacket in green and a size medium but i was disappointed with how short it came up on me. I’m not tall either. I was hoping it would be longer and not make me look so boxy, but unfortunately for me it was not very flattering. Will be returning this one too sadly.

I bought this coat because I moved to a northern state after living more south for a few years. Ive been warned how cold it gets and I’m already getting a taste. I am an athletic training student, so I spend many days outside in the cold watching games nowadays. I got to use it for the first time last week and it was great. I was so warm and felt great. The coat is super soft on the inside, so its almost like you have a blanket around you. I have it over 3 other layers typically and it fits great. I did size up for the layering though. Absolutely love this coat.

This ski jacket is a little boxy/poofy, but I enjoyed that since it kept me warm while skiing, even on the windy mountain peak where it was negative 2 degrees! The padding was a nice cushion whenever I fell, and all the pockets were a bonus so I could stash everything I needed for skiing (sunscreen, snacks, phone, wallet, chapstick, lift ticket, etc.) I am very happy with this jacket; it was everything I needed, and the removable hood and thumb holes were a bonus. This jacket is true to size and fit me whether I was wearing lots of layers and bibs or only a shirt underneath.

Bought this jacket for a trip to Amsterdam in January—drizzle and mid-40 degrees F. The jacket fits well, is warm enough, waterproof, and is stylish. The inside zipper pocket is perfect for a passport and travel wallet. (Wish there were one on each side instead of the net pocket on the other side.) Zip pocket on outside of sleeve is perfect for credit cards and cash. Good jacket for travel. BUT! What I don’t like are the weird, hard plastic Velcro-like closers on the cuffs. They attach to real Velcro to tighten your cuff around your wrists, but the hard plastic “tabs” that go on top are made with hard plastic dots to simulate Velcro. The tabs are stiff and don’t work! Because they kept coming loose from the Velcro they were sticking to everything else! Not just annoying—they ruined a delicate sweater I was wearing one day! Pseudo-Velcro plastic tab came loose and snagged my sweater sleeve and put a pea-size hole in it! Grrrrr! Later it came loose again and put a big snag on the front of the sweater. Long loose thread on it now that I can’t fix. DOUBLE GRRRRRR! Really bummed because this pretty sweater was a gift from my niece and now it’s ruined. After fighting the stupid tab things for several days I cut the )$@!?/! tabs off. Unfortunately, now the real Velcro is exposed and it is catching on things too. Another thing is that one of the Velcro closers that holds down the main zipper cover/wind protector is already coming loose. After only one week of wear! Cheaply made coat. 🥺

We ordered this coat for my 11 year old granddaughter as part of a Christmas gift. She picked out the color. I was wary about ordering it online and not trying it on. It fitted her really well and I was so pleased with how it fits her. She wears it a lot during winter as it's for cold weather. I don't know how it will hold out in snowy weather or 20 degrees or lower, but where we live it is plenty good enough for the cold, or chilly, weather at 30, 40, 50 degrees.
