I really like this coat. Well made and warm, good for every day use. I unzipped the hood and I like it better with the hood; evens out the look of the coat. The hood is huge when it's up. Based on reviews I did go a size up but I could have gone with my regular size. It still fits nicely and now there is more room for bulky sweaters. If I got my size it would be more form for fitting and would have a tailored look. I am 5'1 and usually wear a medium. Coat length is good and hits just below hip. Pocket inside coat for phone or small wallet.

I am very picky about how much i spend on a product i know may not last forever like; shoes, pants, gloves, jackets, etc. When this package arrived I actually worried that it was not my package (since i hadn't looked at the label before opening) but at second glance realized it was. The Jacket came in a NICE Canvas storage piece. The jacket fits perfectly, Has HUGE Pockets that are so deep that at one point, i held the gloves also purchase, and my keys in one pocket. As i was getting ready for work I grabbed the gloves to put on, and searched the pocket for the keys, the second pocket, my purse, and everywhere else. Alas, it was in the first pocket with the gloves. DEEP Pockets! I love this jacket its warm and toasty. It also has a deep enough hood that ladies, we can wear our hear up in a BUN and the hood will stay on!!!! The only reason it didn't get a 5 star for me, is because the hood is soo big it can sometimes be awkward when the hair isn't up in a bun, but its a price i would happily pay again. This is probably only my third review post in 28 years of life, so to me that tells how much i approve of this product. Yes i liked the gloves i bought to go with it, but the jacket outshines them. The jacket is warm.. the fur is really long on the hood and feels like you have bangs in your face. The neck flaps at the top don’t bend the right way and are constantly rubbing my neck which is super annoying. I was going to return it but I was on a trip and now the delivery window Is closed.

after receiving the coat I took a close look at it. I noticed that not only one snap was missing on the right sleeve there was no hole on the sleeve so you couldn't put one on yourself. then I started looking more closer, the threads were starting to unravel in the seams, and there were also some left over material coming out under the hood. the coat looked warm enough but the construction was poorly made.
