This coat is very warm and the inside heats up fast! It will fit teens and petite adults, with arm length that won’t be too long because of the cuffs around the wrists. The exterior is shiny quilted material that looks more trendy than sporty. It is so shiny that it kind of looks “damp” like when hair gel dries in your hair. The hood will fit over a ponytail. This would be a nice coat to wear over something fitted because it has a shape to it rather than hanging loosely.

I got this as my new winter jacket and I love it. It's so warm, fits well, is well made from.good quality - has a great zipper and the hand things that help keep the jacket arms down when you are trying to do stuff. It's not shiny shiny but it does have a sheen. It is so comfortable- like getting a warm hug- and fits well too -I am 5'4, 160 and fits very well. I wore it during this last arctic blast and when I was outside the only thing I could feel that was cold was anything outside of this jacket. I wasn't sold on the style but I came around when I realized how comfortable and warm it is. The icing on the cake is the hand things and the fact that the zipper is so easy to use. This is a great coat for anyone or as a gift.

This jacket is warm and comfortable, however, it would be better if the cover material is a bit firmer, it appears to be a little thin and flimsy. Will test it through this Winter for its durability.

I got this coat for my 14 year old who had been "dying" for a long black puffer coat. It arrived in a package that was so small I didn't think it was the coat! Once opened, though, it puffed up to it's full size almost instantly. The zipper and seams are great quality, and the fabric seems to be good quality as well. The hood is nice and deep and so are the pockets. The kiddo is tall for her age, and the coat hits perfectly at her knees, and the sleeves just past her wrists. We've already discovered that most spills can be easily spot cleaned with a wipe or a damp cloth She especially loves it on freezing cold mornings at the bus stop before the sun is up! It packs into her locker or backpack easily and pops back to looking perfect instantly. Highly recommend to anyone looking for this style!!!

I want to note that I think this jacket runs slightly large, so depending on the fit you are looking for, or if you are between sizes, sizing down might be best! I primarily bought this coat to walk my dog (3x/day) in the US Northeast winter weather. It has a lot of nice features for this: long enough to come down to just above my knee, good wind-breaking fabric, lots of pockets, buttons over the zipper if you want to use them for extra protection, thumb holes that keep the cuffs extra long and the wrists warm. I also like the insulated layer, the hood, and the waterproof nature. Hoping this holds up for many seasons!
