I ordered a size larger as other buyers recommended. I’m glad I did. I bought this coat for my mother who is 5ft and 110 pounds. The medium is snug. A small would have been way too small. I gave a 4 star instead of five star rating because I had a lot of trouble getting it zipped. Hopefully, that won’t remain a problem. For those who complained the hood is too large, there are elastic pulls to tighten it. I think the hood is just right.

I'm 5'7", about 140 lbs, and this coat fits perfectly. It's long enough in back to cover what I need it to cover. It's flattering in the way it fits and I like the material. I like that you can remove the "fur" and keep the hood, or remove both. It's nice that you can draw in the waist if you want. I like that it is gathered around the wrists. While I have no complaints, it would be cool if there were a pocket on the inside. Nice coat, and I'm happy I made the purchase. :-)

I love this jacket so much I just ordered a second one to have once this one finally wears out! It is well made, heavy duty, really warm but not to where you will sweat. I took the fir off as I have horses and need to work outside in the rain and snow. I am a 38DD up top, and first I ordered an XL and it was huge! So they quickly refunded me and I bought a Large. Bingo - fits up top with a thin puffer jacket or thick sweater underneath for extra warmth. It is wind proof, and so far, water proof. Large front pockets I can slide my thick gloves in and out as I work on the ranch. I ran into a nail here and there and so far, no rips or snags! I wear a size 6 or 8 in woman's pants and not very "hippy" and there is allot of room in the hip area of this jacket. That works our well as I have to bend over allot while working. I am able to easily sit if needed, even drive a car/truck. If you have generous hips, this is the jacket for you. I LOVE the length and extra protection from the wind and cold. The hood, wrist and waist all have adjustments if needed. The only one I brought in is the hood around my face. I have used the double zipper feature a few times where I unzipped to get to clothing or pockets underneath the jacket and it is handy since the length is so long. You need to get both zipperheads lined up together at the bottom and then feed in the other side down through both heads and then it zips up easily. I soon realized this is one of those rare occasions where when this jacket finally wears out, I would be so sad so I ordered an extra one to have in the closet for the future. You know what I mean about that perfect clothing item that you have a hard time replacing..? This is it. Hope this helps someone

In 30 degree weather, I wanted to see if this jacket held up with me in a t-shirt (another reviewer did the same so I took it to task as well). Awesome! It sure did keep me warm! I am 5'6" about 155 lbs at a slim build. I bought the XL in black which gives me enough room to wear a sweater or sweatshirt and still be able to move and also cover my rear and upper thighs. I am really not that concerned about the flattery of it. Most cold weather jackets are bulky, this one is not, so that is a plus. I was more concerned about not freezing especially when walking my 2 dogs. The pockets do open from the top instead of the traditional side but I can still put my hands in them - with gloves - and not lose any contents. The hood with the fur comes very forward but it protects my face. I can zip off the fur or just fold it back. There is a tab on the outside of the hood which helps "tighten" it up if wanted but if peripheral vision is an issue, then don't wear the hood and get a hat. But that's pretty commonsense to me. The material feels durable but not stiff. I think a damp cloth with some light soap may be good enough if a spot cleaning is needed. I love the double zipper! Can open the bottom while keeping the top of the jacket closed. I haven't had a great need to do that but if you're at an outdoor game in the cold, it will probably come in handy if you did not want to use the 3 snaps on left and right side of the jacket bottom. Easy to get hands into your jeans that way too. Can tighten up wrist openings with the other snap. Never heard of this brand before but was comparing it to Nautica and happy I chose Wantdo. Husband thinks I look great in it!

I’m a skeptic at heart buying sight-unseen items. But I was absolutely floored with the design, workmanship, and attention to detail of this coat. You will never loss the buttons due to the type of button and the design of which I’ve never seen. You can adjust the wrist closure to keep out the cold along with the inside elastic cuff. Double protection. The zipper is very substantial, is a two way, and easy to engage. It goes all the way up to your chin and there’s a button also on top. The hood is superior than any I’ve ever had. No strings to tie and the design allows not needing them. There is an adjustable stretchy cord that you can’t see but when adjusted, will keep the hood in place. Plus there is a Velcro tab on the top of the hood to keep the hood from falling over your face. Genius!!! The pockets are deep and the fabric is very soft. The fit is snug, keeping the cold out and the warmth in. There is verical zippered pocket on the left inside of the coat that will hold a big phone 📱 Easily!!!!You can make the coat look more like a jacket by adjusting the cord in the waist. This is the way a coat should function and be made. That said, you may want to go up a size if you want to add layers underneath. It’s really not necessary due to the GREAT craftsmanship. Wantdo thought of EVERYTHING. Bravo Wantdo. I’ll be back. Lol
