I bought the black in size medium. I am 5'4" and weigh around 120 pounds. I would recommend sizing up as the medium seems to fit me well even though I generally wear a small. Also good to size up for winter layering. I think the coat will do fine in a Nashville, TN winter. The coat is comfortable, warm, and fashionable. Price is good at approximately $75. They had a blue-green medium one on sale for $45 so I bought it too! The bright blue green color will be good for winter dog walking and the car drivers should see me better!

I really love how warm this coat keeps me. It is very well made with a lot of attention to detail put into its design, The wrists of the coat have wrist bans that block the wind and cold from coming up through the sleeves and the hood has an inner pulley that helps draws the hood closer to my face which effectively keeps the wind and cold out. The coat can be zipped and buttoned, but even just buttoning the coat and not zipping it keeps the cold out. The back of the hood has a strip of velcro that the hood can be made shorter by if the hood is too big and falls too far down the face. I used the velcro strip to shorten the hood and the hood fits perfectly now. But I removed the fur around the hood as it made it look as if I had grey, wild looking hair framing my face. But, other than that, this coat really is outstanding. The coat has snaps around the hip area that can be undone to make the coat less restrictive for those who may find the coat too snug around the hips. The coat can also be pulled in at the waist by inner cords which is another great feature of this coat. I am 5'1 and three quarters inches tall and weigh 124 pounds. I ordered a medium because I like to wear heavy sweaters and wanted to have extra space in the coat to accommodate a heavy sweater. I ordered my coat in pink and it really is a very light colored, pretty pink. The medium is roomy enough for me to wear a heavy sweater under it and not feel like a stuffed sausage within it. I just love this coat! I am surprised that it is not priced higher as it very well could be due to how well it's made and how warm it keeps me in cold weather.

This is a longer jacket that is very warm and also waterproof. It fits generously and has deep pockets. The hood is able to be shortened. Unfortunately, it came very wrinkled and I have had a hard time getting the wrinkles out. In addition, the bottom of the back kind of bunches up. Otherwise, it is a stylish and serviceable winter coat.

I cannot tell you how impressed I am with this parka!! I live in Chicago, and all who ride public trans know you need a super, super, warm, waterproof coat with a hood for the winter. This year my North Face Arctic Parka was a little snug so I wanted to get something that would be similar but I didn’t want to drop another $350 for one season. I literally am gushing because it rivals the NF Arctic Parka! The warmth is great (feels like a pillow when you put it on), it’s waterproof! The zipper works great and is 2-way which I appreciate. There is a deep interior zip pocket which is nice. The outside pockets are deep but only have a button closure. Not a dealbreaker considering the cost. There’s a sinch cord to adjust fit around the waists and the fur zips off the hood if you don’t want it. Because of the button closure over the zipper. People will know it’s not a NF, but with so many good competing brands now a days, it’s not bothering me, especially because it’s under $100! Honestly, I wasn’t expecting such good coat, but it’s great!

I've been wearing this coat since February 2022, so it's been a little less than 2 years and I still love this coat! It has deep pockets which hold a lot. I wear this in the mornings when I walk my dog whenever it falls below 55 degrees, and I also bring this with me when I go travelling in the winter months. I got the black jacket and while I normally wear a medium, I got a large to be able to wear multiple layers underneath. Without multiple layers it feels roomy without making me look too puffy. The black color makes it easy to match everything as well! I've washed and dried this multiple times and did not notice it shrinking. Also, the fake fur on the hood does not look that fluffy so don't be scared away by it. Overall, 5 stars for functionality, warmth, and its simple design that goes with everything! This was one of the best purchases I have made on Amazon!

I got this coat for working outside in the winter, in northern Ohio. I got a large, even tho im more of a medium size. I will have layers under it, so im keeping the large. Its a little roomy but not huge. The sleeve length is perfect, so thats another reason for not returning it; dont want to get a medium and the sleeves be too short. I love the hip length and the side snaps. That will come in handy when im crouching down at work. The outer fabric seems durable against snags and rips, and the sleeve caps and inner waist cinch r great to keep cold out. The hood after taking the fur rim off covers my entire head and the material is puffy around the face, to keep cold out, and the velcro adjustment strap in back and toggle hood cinches are great to have to adjust for custom fit. Even the buttons r secured with little straps, which seems more durable than if they were secured with thread. This is a very well-made coat! Hard to give a full review, as its mid-september.
