Features

  • A pedal known for its versatility and that old boutique catch phrase transparency
  • Goes from clean tones to extremely fat tones while adding a bit of warmth, a natural overdrive
  • Dynamic, with a great choice of tones (from gritty to smooth), yet able to respond to the volume knob like a tube amp
  • Features pre-gain bass control that gives the tone a warmth and sustain, as well as a fatness that a regular EQ stack cannot match
  • Easily adds a little bit of grit without any change in your tonality
  • 3 completely separate gain stages give you 3 distinct styles of overdrive

Description

When Brian created the circuit that would eventually become the Euphoria overdrive, he was working on creating a pedal that would go from clean tones to distorted tones while adding a bit of warmth. He wanted something for himself that would be dynamic, have a great sounding “gritty” tone to it yet be able to respond to the volume knob like a tube amp. Everything about Brian is in the dynamics of sound and if a pedal can’t work with him dynamically, then he just can’t use it.

Style: Version 2 Color: Hot Wired OD
I recently bought an American B-Bender Telecaster, my pedal board is set up mainly for the strats I play. My TS9 tube screamer and OCD pedal are my main distortion pedals and I love them with the strats but with this telecaster I wanted something where I have more control over my clean sound. I ran across this pedal and decided to give it a try after watching Brent Mason himself review it on YouTube. It has exceeded all my expectations, it is basically 2 pedals in 1!! The blend knob is one of the most useful features for me and kicking both sides on together give a very nice 'heavy' sounding distortion that I'm actually able to use out live. Most heavier distortions get lost in the mix of a whole band situation but this one cuts through and I have gotten only good complements about my tone. I'm very happy and highly recommend it if you want a nice chicken pickin" tone but also like a great over drive..... first 5 start pedal I have bought since my Keeley 4 knob compressor. They work great together!! ... show more

  • Bad Ass Pedal
One of the best distortions pedals I have ever used. Heavy metal and hard rock.

  • This is the everything pedal
Style: Version 1 Color: Pantheon OD
That lightly pushed clean tone and the compressed high gain solo tone you want are both here, so I purchased the deluxe version to have one side set to each. You're not limited to a sweet spot, there are tons of pleasing sounds in this unit.

  • SPOT ON what I was looking for!
Style: Version 1 Color: Pantheon OD
SPOT ON what I was looking for! A great LOW to HIGH GAIN overdrive that is versatile to use with ANY music that needs an overdrive. Pair it with your favorite distortion (mine in a original Marshall Guv'nor) and your NEVER look back.

  • Try before you Buy .YouTube Reviews can often leave you disappointed.
This Pedal unit came was delivered on time by Amazon - No Problem . I have 6 Guitars with different Pickup configurations some strat ,1 Hagstrom and 1 Les Paul . I've got to say I am very Disappointed with the Sound and Quality . First thing I noticed was Input jack felt awkward when plugging in for the first time compared to other Pedals .Hard ti say if it's supposed to or something not quite Right. Although there was some minor differences when plugging in the different Guitars the Sound still remained far too muddy unless you turned the gain nearly all the way down . My Unit just did not produce the individual String Clarity witnessed on some YouTube Reviews This Dracary's Pedal also picked up Power supply Hum which is not evident when used with a selection of different other Pedals . A Clean Battery Supply was Trialed . No Hum but no other sound improvement either . After all the Hype when extensively sussing out this pedal on YouTube I can't help to feel very Disappointed. . Perhaps it's just My Gear but I got better results just from a Nux MG-100. Cheers. GG. ... show more

  • Careful w/ YOUR Gain!!
Style: Version 2 Color: Sovereign Distortion
This pedal has a lot of potential; however, if you don’t adjust your rig accordingly, it will clip your signal and fart out. At low settings it can act as a boost/OD, but as soon as you start cranking up the gain, it hits distortion that’s borderline Fuzzy. For the smoothest/ most natural distortion sound, try rolling back your Guitar’s Volume Knob, then play around with the pedal’s dials. As I said earlier, there’s a lot of gain on the pedal, so your initial setup might cause confusion because even when the pedal’s gain is turned down... it still clips. My guitar volume knob is set to 7-8 (10 is too powerful going into this pedal). I don’t have anything in front of it, because it requires a lower signal going in. I’m also assuming it doesn’t really play well with others, because of all that gain.... It’s really a one man show - a very cocky pedal. Try it if your interested, but you can get by w/ other pedals, like the OCD, MXR Boost, TS808, or Blues Driver. ... show more

  • A bit pricey, but worth it!
Style: Version 2 Color: Sovereign Distortion
This is my first Wampler pedal and I must say I'm really impressed. I have a couple other drive pedals (Ibanez TS, Timmy, Boss) that I use all the time for low to mid gain, but wanted something meaner on the board for those occasional high gain moments. This pedal is very tweak-able, and certainly handles high gain but can do so much more. I'd say that it kind of has it's own musical thing going on - definitely not your typical "stack in a box". I'm getting too old and lazy to bend down to tweak pedal settings while playing a set so I like to have a few different drives on the board at any one time. I also find that I like to rotate drive & distortion pedals every so often just to keep it fresh - and this is a very welcome member to the pack :) The only negative thing I can possibly say is that it's a bit pricey, and that it's a bit bulkier and taller than many other pedals like MXR or EHX. Overall this thing is a winner for me. ... show more

I returned it because I couldn’t make it work with my pedals, but I think it was my fault
