    • Missing hardware, wobbly mount
It was difficult to find smaller sconce options in this size, so I paid $20 more for these than almost identical options in larger proportions. I wanted to mount these to tall drawer/shelf combo towers on either side of the bed for dimmable reading light. One of the set came scratched and with little chips of finish peeling around the hinged arm, but the lamps are in good shape. For all intents and purposes, there are no instructions, just an illegible diagram and parts list. Once I pieced together the assembly and drilled my screw holes, I realized I would need a nut set that was not included. (Also, one set came with a grounding screw for hard wiring but the other didn't - thankfully, I didn't need them for my setup.) I went to ACE, found out they are metric and the best we could do was a wing nut to hold the other screws in place. The wing nut works okay but is not ideal, and the fixtures still don't lay flush against the wall and are wobbly, partly because of poor interior design and partly because of insufficient hardware. I would say these are certainly not worth the price, especially since I had to go out and buy additional pieces just to make them mountable. Unless you have no other alternative, I would look elsewhere. ... show more

    • Screws are too long
First the directions are non existent, secondly the screws they give you are too long. I mounted it to the wall and it would not go flush, just hung there loosely. Sent it back.

Got this so I could read to my daughter at bedtime without turning on the main light and it performs beautifully for that. The screws were the wrong length, but other than that I’m super happy with it.

Lamp appears to be decent quality. However mounting bracket included is for installation on an electric box not for wall mount. Installation on the wall with included hardware proved challenging. Think twice about getting this lamp if you are getting it for wall mount
