Not a bad sole for buying off the shelf. I have a debilitating plantar facsitis on my left foot and I am very skeptical when it comes to these aftermarket shoe soles. These seem to be one of the better ones I’ve found. I can feel some arch support directly over the bad area of my foot which seems to help. They are relatively cushiony without being too soft. I look forward to wearing these for a while.

The breakdown. Support is excellent and complete. Comfort is satisfactory. Pain relief: I believe the relief while wearing is as expected. If pain is active, the product doesn't work miracles, however the product is everything stated in the description.

Great arch support, and the foam never changes over time. It really helps keep my feet dry! But after 10 hours, yes my feet hurt a little. But a 12-13hr shift does that.
