Just right. I have a full sized treadmill, but really needed something that I could use while working. It has made a tremendous difference. It won’t help if you don’t use it. I do because it is easy. I have 2 motorized sit/stand desks and go back and forth between two computers throughout my day. I am 100lb, 60 yr old that isn’t exactly equipped to haul around something heavy every single day, so this is a big deal for me. It is compact and light enough that I just pop it up against the desk or wall when not working, and swap it under whichever desk I am doing work on that I can easily be walking/talking/typing. I put the tallest legs on, so it has a tiny incline. It’s very comfortable to walk on, feels stable, smooth and is very quiet. As I am always typing and/or talking, I am not going fast though. Usually between 1.4-2.2 mph. If I were taller, heavier, or tried to jog, I’m not sure if it would feel big enough, but that’s what a regular treadmill is for. It’s absolutely perfect if you are just trying to not sit all day long.

I have just assembled this and got on it for just a few seconds. That said once I am actually on it for a while and anything needs to be edited, I will do so. The packaging was well put together. On the outside was both taped and string together and the tape also ran to the inside to hold the treadmill in place. As I went to take the treadmill out of the box, I realized that it was taped down from the outside in. Once I was able to cut all the tape off and got it out of the Styrofoam. It was easy to put the legs on. Please note that package one holds the four legs to keep it flat. The incline is not automatic and you do need to change out the legs as directed in the manual. I am trying to avoid knee surgery and so therefore, I probably won’t be doing incline for a little while as I get back into daily working out to strengthen the muscle around my knees. Here in Florida it is also 1000° and walking outside after work is not the best thing for me. This is to compliment me going into the pool and working out in there for heart health as well changing out for the incline will not be difficult however it is not one that will go from flat to incline at the push of a button the only real con for me is that the cord is on the shorter end and so if you’re not right by a wall, you will need an extension.

This arrived quickly. It is actually shine-y. : ) And, the person that designed the package-ing for this should teach other sellers how its done. It came with minimum package-ing. Not a lot of styrofoam (only on the corners) which is great. Yet, it was well protected. It has a red safety switch on the front just in case you think it's not turning on. No need to deal with an app to use it which is just what I wanted. Uncomplicated. The remote levels are very gradual. I got a good workout right of the bat. I used the incline and worked my way up to 3.0 mph for 30 minutes, right out of the box. You can definitely have a challenging walk. A wise factor in the design. It is very stable and the belt hasn't slipped. I did oil it as it had a squeak. I am feeling good about this purchase and about my self discipline, and my neighbor thought I paid twice as much for it. I think that it is reasonably priced for $107. The customer reviews pulled me to this treadmill purchase! Just a fun note...I'm going to personalize it and put an inspirational quote decal (there are some quality vinyl ones on Amazon) on the shiney surface around the readout. As for the readout, very clear info re: calories, distance, time, and speed. I highly suggest getting this partivular treadmill! I think I love it! : )

It feels a little jank, but in the end its a good value buy. It says it comes prelubed and youll have to lube it manually depending on how often you use it. The funky american flag on it is kinda cute. Guessing its a china version lol. You can mute all the beeps so its nice and i saw reviews on other brands that some treadmills automatically turn off at one hour, ive gone longer on this one and can confirm it wont turn off at one hour. Its pretty hard to judge when all the treadmills on amazon have photoshopped pics looking like its as big as a trackfield, but the board is longer than i expected. But its also small enough to tuck it away behind my computer desk. I just hope the belt lasts. Will update of there are any changes.

I love outdoor brisk walking in the spring and fall. In the hot humid summer, and cold frigid winter, not so much. Not a fan of walking outside while it's raining either. I was looking for a treadmill that would not take up too much space that I could use indoors when the weather was not cooperating outside. I found it here. It doesn't take up too much space, it comes with a remote, it was easy to set up, it gives me display of time, how fast I'm going, calories burned, and how far I've walked, basically everything I want to know. I look forward to using this every time outdoor brisk walking is a less better option. This is a great compromise between a full size treadmill that requires a lot of space, and something that you can use that is space efficient. There are no handles, but I take that as an advantage, because it forces me to use my balance just like I have to when walking outside. The more I get used to it, the more I will increase my speeds, and use the included risers to increase the difficulty. I recommend it.

I’ve tried to contact the company. The belt slips constantly. I adjust it and within 30 minutes it needs adjusting again. I requested a refund or an exchange and haven’t heard anything from the company. UPDATE The company contacted me and sent me a new walking pad. So far this one is doing much better and have only had to adjust it once
