I've had the pad for 1 week. I use it nightly for 1/2 hr per day, a little over a mile. Delivery was fast and it weighs 50lbs. I measured the length and width so it could fit under my couch when not in use but I forgot about the height. It's the same height as the space under the couch so it won't fit. Also I don't want it so tucked away that it's a hassle to take out so I lean it against a wall for now. It's easy to roll around, unpack and use-it has 2 wheels and adjustments to make it flat or even. Seems very sturdy, the belt had 2 kinks in it but doesn't seem to hinder anything. Hopefully not in the future also. Take it out plug it in and use it. No messy setup. Comes with an app that has been fun. You run, walk and exercise with other users using your cartoon self that you can dress for timed sessions or use the pad on its own. The screen shows wifi, Bluetooth, speed, time on the pad, distance and calories burned and cycles through each about every 3-4 seconds. It's super quiet and has a remote to increase or decrease speed. Walking is comfortable and you can do a light jog at 3.8 which is good for me. I thought I needed up to 4.5 but this is perfect. My gait is not that wide, I would imagine regardless of weight, a wide gait would be uncomfortable. I have just enough room to walk. The pad is not wide. But I'm getting better balance and posture. I don't have a standing desk or table but if I bought another one I would look for bars only because when using the app I'm holding my phone to watch the race which is annoying. Trying to set it up to be mirrored on my TV so I guess it's not a deal breaker. I love having it. I have no excuse to skip tge gym now. So far, 9 out of 10 and I would recommend. My goal is to stay active and lose 10lbs while incorporating the pad at night and a short workout in the morning for 1 hr per day, plus changes to eating. Get it, great newbie pad.

I’ve had my walking pad since September of 2023 and used it everyday for 3-7 miles. I use it while I work and it makes it so easy for me to get in my movement for the day. This is by far the best customer service I have ever dealt with as well they are so friendly and willing to help.

I like this walking pad quite a bit. I bought it in order to determine whether I would be able to join the walk while you work people. I invested in a motorized stand up desk and this walking pad. Overall this walking pad meets my basic expectations which weren't truly all that high for the price point. For the price point this unit is quite good but I only rate this 3.5/5 for the overall performance. The number one issue I have is the size. It is a bit on the narrow side which means I occasionally step on the side. The same could be said for both the forward and aft ends of the walking surface. The second downgrade I give this unit is the sturdiness of the walking surface just feels a bit flimsy. Having said that is does cushion the steps so, it could be good. The third issue is that lack of stumble or fall protection feature. It will continue if you trip or stop while walking which is a desirable safety feature. After 200 or so miles, it has begun intermittently "glitching" where the tread hesitates momentarily causing near stumbles. It isn't bad but it is annoying. It's likely an issue with the motor drive. They come with a warranty and I'll be exploring that but after a month I tossed the packaging. Update: After becoming an expert via reading the instructions, I decided to see if tightening the track would help and so far, so good. That seems to have helped, therefore I am upgrading to 4/5. Conclusion. This unit is worth the cost of acquisition. I got in order to learn and I will be pursuing an upgrade in the future. It has done what I expected to get from it. Bottom line is, my money wasn't wasted. Would I buy this again? With what I know now, no. If I were buying knowing what I did when I did the first, probably. It isn't bad and if you were wanting to give one a try, yeah. Any of the other budget units could have the same troubles. Update. After 2 months this unit has begun to make grinding noises will no longer carry a load. It is running slowly and drags whenever I get back on. I have put 360 miles on it so I guess it is still of some value as a learning experience. However, I am running into warranty issues and am not able to get assistance with available repair options. Consequently, I am reducing my evaluation to one star which could be slightly harsh but it will get attention. Edit / update: the saga continues. I've been having a difficult time with the warranty which is supposed to be for a year. Lots of questions back from them requesting video of what is doing which the email system can't handle. So, I put the video on YouTube in a hidden area. I don't know what the resolution is but I purchased another unit which looked better on Amazon but upon arrival looks to be pretty much the same. Having said that, I have lost 15 pounds on the walking pad so there is some good to be had. This time around though, I got the extended warranty. The Saga continues... That other unit was a real piece of garbage. Horrible buzz in the track and did the hesitation stopping making it dangerous. I sent it back... In the mean time MJWW customer service worked with me to correct the issues I was having. It took some time but they have helped me satisfactorily. The primary trouble with the process was the timing with each communication taking a couple days. In the end I have a working unit. Compared to the other unit which costs $50 more this one works far better. To the good side I put more than 350 miles on before the very significant troubles. My feedback to the company would be that they should consider a brushless motor and controller. The trouble seems to be with the brushed motors and the brush sizes which cannot handle the long duration loads. I'm upgrading my rating to 4 stars because of their covering the warranty. Not 5 stars because of how long it took to do get the warranty. In the end I would put this unit back on my give it a try for the money. I think there is value in this unit. Update: I have now had the new unit for several weeks and have walked 370 miles on it. The new unit has been a good machine. If I could give 1/2 stars I would add one and raise my rating to 4.5 stars. The replacement machine has worked well over the time and the belt has required tightening. There seems to be a "warming up" period for the first few minutes of operation where there is some slippage in the belt. However that goes away after a minute or so. I will maintain my worth the price of entry position.

All this time later I’ve reached out to get it corrected not only were they quick to respond, but were able to help me with troubleshooting steps that were easy to understand, problem solved!

I purchased this treadmill in December of 2023 to use in my home office since I work from home. I’ve used it EVERYDAY since it arrived, for at least an hour on the max speed. The machine is small, not heavy, and can easily fit under a desk, or even under a bed if you want to hide it. It comes with a small remote, but you can connect your phone to it via Bluetooth. I also use a step count app on my iPhone, and somehow, it’s counting my steps while I’m on the treadmill which is great! The first 4 months it worked great, but starting month number 5 I started running into some issues with it. I reached out to customer service which provided the quickest help ever and were very responsive. They recommended few simple maintenance steps and sent some tips/video tutorials to follow to help fix it, but unfortunately, it turned out to be there’s a defect in the motor. I was offered a new replacement since it was still under the six months warranty and have the old one be picked up by FedEx. I can’t stress enough how fast and helpful the customer service agents were. The new machine came within a week and works great!
