My 7 year old son and 5 year old daughter asked me to bought this talkies as their gifts. They thought it would be fun if they could talk in their respective rooms. It do took few minutes for my daughter understanding how to use it. She need to push the button before start to talk and that she keep it pressed until she finished. Once got the grasp,she loved them and insisted on taking them everywhere. My son often pretended to be military, giving out all kinds of commands, and having a lot of fun in the yard. This walkie talkies sounds clear,the range is satisfied and the signal is very stable even indoors.

These toys are amazing! We got them for my boys birthday and my wife wanted to see how far the went, so she got in the car! She drove pretty far and it worked most of the time. Over houses, electrical lines, we were impressed! I’m sure flat surrounding would go even further. Other than that they are sturdy and the flash light adds to the fun for the kids at night.

The media could not be loaded. I got these walkie talkies because my 6 years old son like to play with his friend next door. Sometimes they run around the house where I can't see them. I got these so I can chat with him to see what is going on. The quality of these walk-in talkies is beyond my expectation and the call sound is very clear.

The media could not be loaded. My 8 and 12 yr Olds love them and are able to communicate pretty far for their small size. The quality of the walkie-talkies are very good and the sound is very clear. The children fell several times and the walkie-talkies were not damaged at all.

The downtown distance was about 1.5 to 2 km, about 3 to 4km in the mountain area. Packaging is beautiful, fine work, simple operation, can hear very clearly, It would be a nice gift.

Purchased these as a secret Santa gift for my 5th grader to give. Overall I’m underwhelmed. They are small and feel cheap. Each walk-talkie takes 4 AAA batteries, Which are not included. There is no off switch, the directions say to remove batteries to preserve life if units will be unused for more than 24 hours. I did test them out and they work, I cannot speak to distance or length of battery life. I paid $20, and would say they are worth $10 at most.
