I purchased this back in June 2025 for my wife. It's been practically perfect in every way. I keep it folded in the back of a 2020 Acura MDX (see attached photo) so that she can use it when we go out. For my wife, it's very stable. The wheel size seems to be just about right for every type of terrain she needs to move across. When she gets tired, she can easily lock the wheels and then sit comfortably on the seat. It's light enough that my wife has no problems maneuvering the rollator up over curbs, across non-slip sidewalk sections, or across doors that happen to have raised sections at the entryway. In spite of its constant use over nearly a year, it shows very little signs of wear, especially the wheels. The bag across the front is more than large enough to hold her purse, iPhone, and anything else she wants to carry with her. My only minor complaint is the iittle plastic cup holder, which is easily knocked off; once it came off I never put it back. The front bag is much more secure, because it can be zipped close.

Caregiver review not primary user: Decent walker it seems. Short center of gravity for safety. It turns really well most the time without much effort but definitely not effortlessly if the user has one weak arm. The seat is comfortable and the backrest is too <even though the tightening knot broke day 1 so i had to rig it for future changes> the front bag comes off easily and is a nice little storage pouch. I would give 5 stars but a knob broke clean off when attaching the backrest. Everything else seems sturdy <except for a couple pipe plugs i had to tape to keep from sliding out, non structural but wss annoying>, but that made me question the quality control. Also the hand brakes are kind of tough to engage and they sit far from the handle so its harder than necessary for those with little or weak hands. And thats after adjusting them. I may do some more customizing to shorten the travel and add easy to pull loops to engage disengage brakes

Well, I agreed to get one! Kids were bugging me because they were concerned about me falling. So, so glad I got this! Easy to put together. Handy carry basket (that zips up). One of the best features is the handles with an ergonomic area for my thumb pad. My old walker actually caused a real problem and THIS beauty has the protection for my hands! I stand up straighter, now! I LOVE the seat! Rolls beautifully AND the brakes work like a charm! Folds up and I can put it easily into the trunk of our smaller car or the back seat of the king cab of our truck. I feel safe as can be with this! I even call it by a very well known luxurious car manufactured in the US for almost a hundred years. Strangers who see it agree! Highly recommend.

I took pictures of many angles for you to clearly get an accurate view. I’m 5’3 ft tall - 160 lbs. The seat is comfortable, I have space on both sides of my bottom, my feet aren’t flat on the ground if sitting against the comfortable backrest. I like the big attached bag. It will be easy to clean versus the standard walker. The bigger wheels are an advantage. The brakes work great! Assembly: very easy to put together. I followed the video included in the walkers pictures on Amazon. It’s the last “picture.” I’m surprised how easy it is to fold. The drawbacks: I’m used to the traditional walker. As you can see in the pictures, the back wheels extend out about. If you step back, it’s easy to trip the first few times. As you can see in the first picture, it arrived with a broken “brake wire clip.” The left side brake wire is hanging down. I’ll need to use a zip tie to secure it.
