Beautiful Tv Stand
Color: Espresso Style: 70 Inch Fireplace TV Stand Pattern Name: TV Stand
My husband got this for me as a Christmas gift and it is amazing! Great quality, easy to put together and puts out a good amount of heat and doesn’t heat up the surrounding surfaces. The light for the fireplace is super cute and gives you the feeling of a real fireplace. The heat is not adjustable. The lights and heat can be turned on separately. It is quite heavy so many not be easy to move on your own but can be moved and adjusted accordingly if you’re by yourself. ... show more

When this massive box arrived at my door, I was very worried about assembly after reading reviews. Once I actually got the heavy thing in the house by myself, everything else was super simple! I put this thing together all by myself. Here is the summary of set up... ·All parts were here and nothing was damaged. ·The packaging material was MESSY! I had to use the vacuum attachment on the pieces several times to get all the tiny foam off. But it kept the wood from getting any damage during shipping so I'm not complaining. ·I didn't need any additional tools except scissors and a screwdriver set! (No drill required!) ·It took me 4 hours from start to finish (including unpacking and clean up). ·I could not get the tiny screws into the fireplace insert. I actually don't think it's possible (haha). I skipped that step (after at least 20 minutes of failed attempts and 26,000 F bombs) and just relied on the rest of the materials given to secure the insert to the unit. It's solid and I fully trust the installation without the worthless impossible screws. ·My hands will be sore from days because of the 6 screws you have to use the little wrench for. Those screws were painful to get into the wood and resulted in at least 20,000 more F bombs. I haven't really used the console yet as it's been set up in my living room approximately 20 minutes now. But I'm very happy so far! The wood is quality material and it's a beautiful color. They even included stickers to cover up the bolts. I've wanted a fireplace forever and you can't beat this very reasonably priced fake one. Haha. So far it seems warm and the ambiance adds to the coziness that is my home. Update: About 3 weeks later, I cannot believe how much this tiny little space heater heats up my house!! I have a very open floor plan so the living room, kitchen and hall are one big area (about 800 square feet). In about an hour, my thermostat read 3 degrees hotter. I'm not yet sure how this will affect my electricity bill, but right now, I LOVE this console. ... show more

It'A Good Value, But...
Color: Driftwood Style: 70 Inch TV Stand Pattern Name: TV Stand
The assembled stand is pretty sturdy, decent to look at and a good value. However, I'm docking a star for three reasons. First, I had to drill out some missing holes. It was time consuming and risky because the holes for the dowels are very large relative to how thick the 'boards' are and there's little margin for error. Second, the stickers you get to cover the holes are kind of sketch to begin with, but no biggie on sides, hidden or even interior surfaces, but to have to place some on the face of the unit is ridiculous and a sign of poor design. As much as they say they blend in, you can't ignore that they only blend in 75%. They don't disappear. Lastly, assembly is pretty easy and straightforward until the last step where you put the 'lid' on. During this step you have to line up 8-10 each of dowels and cam units, plus align the back pieces in their little tracks. It all has to be perfect for the cams to do their job, otherwise it'll wobble to and fro. Again, time consuming. Fourth (of three gripes) - half the little dowels were undersized and the little bit of glue they give you is insufficient to make them tight enough to do their job of joining the pieces. Conclusion: the unit looks ok and will do the job, but easily could be better. ... show more

ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT.

This fireplace is perfect. I didn't want to spend a ton because I live in south florida and who needs a fireplace in florida. I got it for the ambiance. The size is perfect with 4 slots for different books and decorations. The color is beautiful and the fireplace itself you can turn on the fire part and the heat part separately which is nice. Its not super tall which i like so it doesnt over power the room just gives it a beautiful bonus to the decor. It was easy to put together maybe took me an hr and a half. I did most of it by myself and then needed my husband towards the end. The quality is amazing and very sturdy. I would HIGHLY recommend this fireplace ... show more

Incredibly Easy, Incredibly Amazing
Color: Black Style: 70 Inch Fireplace TV Stand Pattern Name: TV Stand
I don't usually write very many reviews, but I felt compelled to write one for this product because of the great experience I had. First of all, the price is amazing for what you get. This stand is on par with many of the more expensive name brand ones you see in furniture stores. The stand arrived very well packaged in its box with no damage. All parts, including hardware, were included (I counted them) with spares. As others have stated in reviews, the instructions were very detailed and made putting this together very simple. I am by no means a handyman; however, my girlfriend and I put this together pretty seamlessly in just under two hours. This included about 20 minutes of identifying and correcting a few pieces we assembled incorrectly (while the instructions are great, there was one step that was a little confusing). Completely assembled, the stand is extremely sturdy and looks fantastic. I appreciate the small touches they made, such as the black cardboard that goes behind the shelves aren't just nailed or glued on like other stands. For this stand the actual wood has grooves built into them that the backings slide into perfectly. They also provide you with brackets to install on the outside of the backing to provide even more security if you so choose. I have received many compliments on this stand, and for the price, it's a no-brainer. It is 100% worth it. ... show more
