  • Tricky, but worth it.
Color: Black
The instructions could have been a little more descriptive in some areas but overall pretty easy to put together. Very sturdy and classy piece of furniture! I love it!

  • nice style and color
Good looking dresser. Some of the drawers are hard to slide open and closed. I don't know if it will get better with time or if it was because the person who put it together nonetheless it is quality wood and good size.

  • Nightmare to assemble.
I took a gamble with this dresser because it was what I was looking for in size and aesthetics. I have to give it credit for looking just like the product image and having beautiful walnut color solid wood! But it would have been impossible to construct while following all the directions or with just what’s given/suggested to have. My product had major manufacturing errors, with missing screw holes on the boards connecting the legs, on the base’s connection to the sideboards, and on the reliefs where the brass handles attach. These had to be slowly, painfully, manually created while assembling … OR they could have been bored with a drill, but I thought against picking one up because one of the first directions is to not use power tools. This direction makes sense when assembling particle board that can crack from extraneous force and was probably included as a liability, but this is real wood that needs considerable strength to bore into. My electric screwdriver couldn’t bite in at all. It was packaged with dozens of extra wood dowels to compensate for so many being the wrong diameter, being the wrong length, or being too rough and splintery to insert cleanly. And yet it was packaged with just a tiny mayo packet worth of wood glue that would not have sufficed and would have gotten everywhere but the holes, instead of just recommending you pick up glue of your own. Some instructions were physically impossible or destructive in the recommended sequence - Iike starting by gluing dowels into the leg connection board, but screwing in the legs (into a nonexistent hole…) *before* connecting them to those dowels, so they couldn’t attach flush and had to be pried apart to do over dowels first. My board cracked at the corner because of this and had to be treated with epoxy and wood clamps before continuing. Other instructions are confusing grammatically incorrect autotranslate (“Use screw (D) to finishes to attach on the part (7)”). At the end of it all the dresser is still pretty unstable, but I recognize it is intended to be wall anchored and I could not do so in my apartment. To summarize, the additional equipment I needed beyond the suggested screwdriver was a bottle of wood glue, pliers, epoxy, clamps for correcting any mistakes, and preferably a drill for boring missing holes. I also needed to construct it with a second person to stabilize it as dowels kept disattaching, and a rug to work on otherwise it would have gotten horribly scratched up. I think it’s a good dresser but you need to know what you’re getting into. ... show more

  • Not great
Color: Black
Purchased because it’s solid wood but then it had all sorts of imperfections on the front of the drawers. It seemed like nicks or scratches were painted with a shade of black that didn’t match the rest of the pieces. Returned

  • Really nice accent piece
Color: Black
Although the drawers are short and don’t fully extend, this is a beautiful accent piece. I wouldn’t suggest it for a high use area due to the drawers not having the best quality glides, however it is pretty to look at and does the job.

  • Looks nice but poor functionality & quality
Color: Black
Overall, it is a nice looking dresser but the drawers slide pretty terribly. All the parts are wood, so they don't slide easily and the tracks for the drawers are just barely long enough so you often pull the drawers off the tracks if you dont pull exactly straight out when opening them and then they drop onto the drawer below. Additionally, some of the holes were a bit off when constructing the thing, so it was a bit tougher than expected. ... show more

  • Great quality
This is my second dresser I’ve bought from this brand and I absolutely love it. I imagine the instructions could be slightly difficult for people who don’t assemble furniture often or have never. Other than that the build of this is solid. Love that it’s wood and not particle board. Plan to get their bedside tables next. Good stuff. ... show more
