This was super easy to put together, and sturdy. My husband has a gaming laptop but travels alot for work so he prefers a laptop for on the go and connects it to a monitor when he's home. This setup keeps it on the side so it doesn't take up space! He loves this thing! He has a fan cooler between his laptop and this stand and it still holds it all in place. My husband bought the black stand and it works great. I liked it so much I bought the white one. Unfortunately for me, the white one is made differently and the lip that holds the laptop from sliding off is much thinner than the black one. This may not work for some laptops at all especially if they are thicker. Otherwise, the stand is sturdy and exactly what we were looking for. My suggestion would be to purchase the black one though. ... show more
