Update: They sent me a whole new box to make up for the piece that was missing! The only reason for a lower review is that I was missing a piece and I am still waiting for a response from the company. I am hopeful they will just send me the missing piece. Otherwise, it was fairly easy to assemble. It’s just time consuming. I wish that I would have known to open the largest box first, because there was a nicer wrench tool in the bigger box that would have made assembly of the whole thing easier. Unfortunately, that was the last box I opened. I’ll update if I hear back about my missing piece.

Love it so much! I didn't have a big budget and looked for so so long scouring reviews, and so glad I picked this one! Arrived in 3 boxes. Put together with my 11 year old. We took our time opening one box a day so as not to stress (I'm old and ill). The first box took a couple hours (learning curve) the other two an hour or so each. I used a ratchet set. Just breathe, its cool... And so worth it as you complete each piece. The color (navy) was not my first choice, but was what was available, and now it IS my first choice. It's beautiful. And my kids come out of their rooms now to sit on the porch!!😅 *Get clips and velcro.

Nice quality for the price. We have two outdoor seating areas and didn’t want to pay $700- $2k on outdoor furniture. We also needed the set fast ! So of course Amazon was the best option . Arrived quickly, and took my husband 3- 4 hours to set up ( he was working leisurely, drink 🍺 in hand ) . It looks great , like the other reviews stated the back cushions slide - they literally slide down by themselves , no contact needed ) but we are fixing that with some Velcro strips. The wicker is thick and seems like it will last us many summers. It drizzled a little today before I could cover it and the water did not saturate the cushions , just beaded up on the top so it seems relatively water proof.

This was the perfect size for the cement pad my old hot tub was on. A great set for the price. The instructions were very clear and all the hardware was individually packaged for each piece in the set. They even included a little ratchet. One piece was damaged/bent (assuming from a forklift) but we were able to straighten it enough to make it work. I tried using velcro to keep the back cushions in place but it didn't stick to the cushions, maybe I need a special kind. Overall I'm very happy with it.

When I initially received and put it together I was not happy because the seating was too low. After adding a pedestal to each piece, it is more suitable for adults. I now love it! I also added Velcro to the back and bottom of the pillows so they wouldn’t slide.

Nice set. The picture of the "chaise" section is a little deceiving because it does not fit that way. It's definitely meant to be an ottoman or separate seat. The cushions are rather flat but solid - don't expect soft. Otherwise, good product for the price.

The set is a low and the back support could be higher, but I plan on getting bigger back pillow and building a riser or platform to raise the sitting height. It's good for the money.
