The belt is really long and it’s perfect because that means it can adjust to any shape. The velcro is good and doesn’t come off. When I wear it I get full quickly and I notice that it does make a difference around my waist then when I don’t. I am happy with this product

I use it every day and the results are beyond my expectations! This corset is well designed, tight but not oppressive, and very comfortable to wear during exercise. After using it for a while, I feel that the fat around my waist and abdomen has been significantly reduced, and my curves are more obvious. I was surprised by how much I liked this. I have others that are uncomfortable but none like this with the length to it to wrap it like you want it. It was so incredibly long.
