I contacted the company and they were able to take care of my issue and have a replacement piece on the way to me in a matter of minutes. *EDIT* THEY REACHED OUT TO OFFER A REFUND, BUT CAN'T SEEM TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO. BEEN WAITING 2 MONTHS FOR THAT RESOLUTION. NOW I'M TAKING IT TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. I have been unable, over the course of 5 solid months to get this machine to connect at all. Not over wifi, not via the cable, not via ANY known and approved source the 'manual' approves of. It won't connect to several cell phones, and 3 different computers. I've attempted to email the company and they've ignored my emails entirely. The machine simply will not connect, nor work, for me in the slightest and no one will refund me - so I've waited a ton of money that could have gone elsewhere.

The media could not be loaded. The WAINLUX K10 Laser Engraver left a great impression on me! It’s compact, easy to set up, and very beginner-friendly. I used it to engrave a photo of my dog on a wooden board, and the level of detail was surprisingly good. The 0.01mm precision really makes the image look sharp and refined. The software compatibility is also a plus, supporting PC, mobile, and offline operation, which makes it very convenient to use. However, the engraving speed is a bit slow, so patience is needed. Also, it works best on light-colored wood, while darker or harder materials may require some adjustments in power and speed for optimal results. Overall, this is a great machine for DIY enthusiasts, perfect for small projects and personalized engraving!

The laser is spotty, with the same settings and the same materials it will work partly. The app doesn't work the best you can't save presets You loose connection to the laser printer in the middle of engraving, The company doesn't respond via and there's no number to call for support The laser can't be maintenanced per the directions they gave. They also only include information about the regular one not the pro.

The software is a little rough getting started. Got it for the hubby as an anniversary present. He is new to laser engraving, so there is a lot to learn. It seems to be doing okay.

Okay so I had purchased this back in October and I’m just opening the box today. I really should’ve opened it a lot sooner and tested it out. Let’s just say it’s not in the return window anymore and I’m trying to figure it out. Oh and let me tell you how annoying the Cutlabx app is…the damn thing doesn’t stay connected. Also the laser light had stopped working and it took me a minute to figure out it had disconnected and where it’s located the wire is too short for it to really stay connected. I’m watching YouTube videos and all and I’m just over it already.
