I ordered 2 pairs of the skates for Xmas gifts for my nephew and niece. When I ordered they were to be here in time for Xmas. My niece showed up the following next day. I got a message from Amazon saying they would be there the 24th. I waited all day for this pkg to be delivered. I checked my Amazon app. I then learned that the skates would not be here in tell the 3rd of January. It was very upsetting, I had to explain to my 8 yr old nephew that his gift would not be here in tell after Xmas. He was hurt and disappointed. I was to.2 days later my nephew called me asking where his Xmas gift was. I had to explain again to him. He started crying and couldn't understand why he hasn't gotten his Xmas gift. I was beyond angry. I finally got through to Amazon customer services. The gentle men from customer service was very professional and understanding why i was so upset. He kept apologizing and looked in to it and saw how they were supposed to have already been there. Not sitting in Texas. At there expense he offered to have them expedited to me at no charge that I would have them in 2 days. He noted my account that once I received the skates I was to be refunded the amount of the skates. Very pleasant person to work with need more people like that in customer services. I been having issues trying to get back in touch for the refund. My nephew was so excited when he saw the skates. They fit him nicely and said they were comfortable and loved the lights on the wheels. The skates are will made and look very nice. BTW my niece loved her skates and the lighted wheels. I've been using these skates for 2months so here it is as someone who had to relearn how to skate. You get what you pay for. If you're a beginner and just trying out a new hobby these will get the job done. I quickly realized I needed better quality outdoor wheels. Then started going to the rink and lights didnt work. Initially super tight and narrow but loosened up too much and uncomfortable to wear with thick socks. The final reason I bought a real pair of skates no matter what I did I kept feeling the wheel catch, imagine rolling and coming to a complete unexpected stop. Putting on a real pair of skates i immediately felt a difference. These skates are stiff, unstable, and I reached a point where the skates were hindering me from doing certain movements. Example: I struggled with reverse bubbles and simple leg lifts with good quality skates i can move with no issue and balance on one leg waaayyy longer. I give 3 stars because I got fairly decent with them. But if you can find quality skates for similar price, maybe secondhand do it *coming from someone who doesn't like secondhand anything lol ... show more
