I had been waiting to write this review because I wanted to really try the machine. For now, I have tried it in basswood, painted aluminum tumblers and cups, leather, and furniture. It works great in general. I do not like how it works in leather because it twists the leather while it burns it you will need something to hold the leather to avoid twisting. I do miss that CutLab is very limited, many times lowers the quality of the image during the processing to engrave it and that is not cool. The laser doesn't cut basswood by it self but if you want to use it to cut it you can just run the image over and over again with protection underneath so it ends up cutting but it is not the main thing. I miss materials to work properly because it says that "you can engrave in blackened glass" but you do not have such material in their store or so to use it. It would be nice they did. Also it says that you can upgrade the laser but no laser attachment is sold for this thing. To connect to the wifi is very simple, you just need to plug it with the USB and then tell the machine to connect by wifi to the IP port. Never loses connection and the only issue I had is that sometimes says that there is not TF card inside. I just reboot the system and it works. I advice to pair the machine with the air purifier because some materials can be toxic if not burnt in ventilated areas. The pros: - Small and light weight - You can engrave big pieces like chairs or tables or katanas by placing the machine on top of it and adjusting the laser rulette. - Great price and quality The cons: - you can engrave only areas of 8x8 cm and since the software doesn't have an image preview (only allows to preview the square you will engrave, not the full image), you can't overlap images to make bigger prints - You can't engrave mirror or metal that is not paint coated. Anything reflective won't work and will damage the laser. Overall: Great quality for the price, versatile, even when it has it's limitations. PD: the driver or software will show in windows as "not known distributor" what means that Windows do not recognizes the brand software, but it is not a virus as other comments say, it is just Windows saying that the brand is not a big brand with registered software in the windows company, nothing to be afraid of, it happens with many things.

Works great, easy to set up and use. It works better than I expected. I refer to the video to install the driver and then the engraver is connected to my computer right away. I tested the machine with engraving on my glass cup. It works great. This 3W laser engraver is great for small-scale projects. It is a fantastic tool for DIY enthusiasts looking to personalize wood, leather, or glass. However, the working area is quite small (3.15 x 3.15 inches), limiting its use to small engravings. It’s not ideal for larger or professional-grade work, but its performance and ease of use make it a solid choice. It is a bit slow, for the small area that it engraves, but it does a pretty decent job for the price.

I wanted to like the Wainlux K10. On paper, it’s compact, portable, and has the safety features that make it approachable for beginners. Unfortunately, in practice it’s been more frustrating than fun. The Bad • Interface: The interface is very hard to navigate. There are no on-screen instructions or real guidance, so you’re left guessing what each button or option actually does. • Instructions: The included manual covers the absolute basics of setup, but once you move beyond that, you’re completely on your own. There’s no step-by-step help for using the software or tackling real projects. • Results: Even with simple projects, the performance is hit or miss — and honestly, it’s more “miss” than “hit.” Sometimes a design engraves cleanly, but most of the time it takes several tries (or just doesn’t work as expected). The Good • The safety features (like stopping if it tilts or when the cover opens) are reassuring. • Its small size makes it easy to place over items and store away when not in use. Overall The Wainlux K10 feels unfinished. It has potential, but without a better interface, clearer instructions, and more consistent performance, it’s hard to recommend — especially for beginners who don’t want to waste time troubleshooting. Right now, it’s more of a learning curve nightmare than a reliable tool. ⭐ Rating: 2/5 (for safety and portability, but very poor usability and results) *UPDATE* I originally had some issues with my WainluxPro K10 laser engraver and was pretty disappointed at first. But what really impressed me was that the WainluxPro team reached out to me directly after learning I was unhappy. They were incredibly responsive, kind, and genuinely wanted to make things right — and they did. Their customer service went above and beyond my expectations. It’s rare these days to see a company take that kind of initiative and pride in their support. Because of their professionalism and quick resolution, my experience turned from frustrating to fantastic. The K10 itself is compact, safe, and great for small engraving projects once you get used to it, but the real standout is the exceptional support team behind it. Five stars for excellent customer care and dedication to customer satisfaction!

This device is inexpensive and performs almost perfectly. However, the mobile app keeps crashing, and I constantly have to recreate my designs. Using an older MacBook doesn’t help either. The safety feature is impressive but occasionally gives false warnings, such as “door open” or “trigger warning,” even when everything is fine. It also takes a while to clear these alerts once they’re activated. I successfully engraved 10 pieces of silicone and 4 pieces of wood with perfect results. Unfortunately, I have to return this due to the app issues and frequent false warnings. While these safety features are great for people with poor safety instincts, they became more of a hassle than a help in my case.
