Cut 25" wide with a 10" inch deep gusset to allow for extra internal volume. 5 standard performance style shortboards around 2.5 inches thick will easily fit in this bag. If a couple boards are closer to around 3 inches thick then 4 boards would be a better fit.
• BUILT BETTER: Includes one removable divider and one 3mm padded board bag to separate your boards. Velcro seat belt straps help keep them securely fastened during travel. Four exterior compression straps around the gusset to help lower the profile of any unused bag space. Durable 600 Denier Cube-Tech rip-stop poly material on the top and bottom stands as the first line of defense against mishandling while molded PK #10 non-corrosive main zippers keep the movement smooth for the life of the bag.

Pro-Lite was conceived in the minds of two traveling surfers, Bill Hapgood and Dave Neilson. At the time the pair was working for a major airline and traveling the world. Soon into their travels they realized one key missing ingredient necessary to continue their journey, the need to protect their surfboards. In 1982 Pro-Lite was born. Bill and Dave searched out industrial sewers in Costa Mesa, CA and began making a limited line of surf travel bags. This put Pro-Lite on the map as the first bag manufacturer to make travel grade surfboard bags in the United States.
