The set of front brake pads that came with my 2010 Honda Fit were good and lasted 31K miles -- at which time I replaced both pads & rotors. These Wagner ThermoQuiet QC621 Ceramic pads have lasted > 30K miles, but I can tell that I am going to need another front brake job in about another 1,000 miles. Very pleased with my first replacement set of these pads, which will have lasted me 4.0 years or 31K miles, I have already ordered my second set of these replacement pads. Very quiet, even, reliable braking -- great set of pads at a fair price. I only hope that Wagner in the last 4 years has not foolishly cheapened these fine quality pads with lower cost materials. ... show more

Product arrived as described & on time. When it arrived, they looked used (paint chipped and a small scuff on the surface of one of the break pads), however, if you order them new, they arrive new. I guess it's just the way they manufacture them. Fits my 02 Acura RSX base. Super quiet, absolutely no squeaks. Also increased the breaking power (when I hit the break, the car responds quicker and breaks faster than it did before). Most definitely buying them again. Easy to install. ... show more

Pad works great no noise and good breaking so far, good price too. Installing was not easy, the tabs seem a little big, I ended up filing the tab borders to remove the paint/coating and still a tight fit.

Great pads for the price. Bought them for my 2009 Honda Fit. Built in shims and according to what the instructions said, so no anti squeal paste is needed on the back of the pads. Only confusion I had was that these were the first set of brake pads that I purchased which did not include the small tube of brake lube (for the guide pins etc) but I had extra from other brake pad purchases so it was not that big of a deal. Other members kindly verified that the set does not come with the tube of lube so make sure to pick some up for the guide pins. I had my rotors turned along with the installation of these pads, I made sure I bed the pads in properly and have put roughly a 1000 miles on them without any issues. ... show more

Excellent brake pads. Strong stopping power. Great initial bite. No noise. Not too much dust. Basically everything you want in a great brake pads. I am a big fan of these Wagner ThermoQuiet. I have used Hawk pads, Greenstuff pads, Redstuff pads (all significantly more expensive than the ThermoQueit), and I prefer the Wagner ThermoQuiet over all of them. I have bought a few sets of these ThermoQuiet for my family member's cars since I started using them a few years ago. Most of these brake pads come with brake hardware. I say most because the last one I order for my Honda Fit did not come with brake hardware. Don't know if it was mistakenly left out or that is just the way it is. No problem. These are a perfect fit for my Honda Fit. I replaced them myself. After 5 months of use I can safely say that these brake pads function just fine. I actually think they're better than the original equipment. I feel like I have greater control with my braking. They provide more than adequate stopping power. Ordered pads and rotors for 2008 Honda Fit but could only get the pads done. First time ever, and I am no mechanic but watched MANY videos and read tons of reviews first. Got it done but had to skip the rotor part due to not having an impact driver for those blessed Honda rotor screws. However, used fine sandpaper on the rotors and took my time with the pads and now I have excellent and noiseless front brakes. And I am a 58 yo woman. ... show more

Have bought many thermo quiets in the past and have had no issues. I put these on a car that dosent get driven much. They don't even have 5k on them. Went into dealership to have recall work done to the airbags and part of the service is to do a full inspection. So the guy comes out with my keys and says in about another oil change you are probably going to need brakes. Knowing I had just changed them I thought this was a sales push and expressed my feelings so the service adviser took me back and had them pull the wheel to show me how the pads have worn and he was right. I'll be replacing these in about another 5k. Good thing that will take me another year to accumulate. ... show more
