We have owned the Waggle 4G Pet Temperature Monitor for about 3 years. It was originally for use in the RV during camping season so we had a 6 month subscription. When we started going to Florida for a month in the Winter without the RV we switched to a yearly plan so we could keep track of the temperature at the AirBnB when were out. Now we use it at our house to keep track of temps and be alerted in case of a power failure. Waggle gives great peace of mind when you are away from your pet and home! Recently I had a question about billing and new subscriptions. I called the customer support line and Scott walked me through all my options and made the desired changes for me. A+ for customer service! We highly recommend this product and the service that Waggle has provided!

I bought the Waggle monitor about a year ago and just recently got it up and running before going on a rather lengthy trip with the RV. I thought it would be a real process to get the monitor set up but was pleasantly surprised at the ease of set up. I also like that there are several options for a monitoring plan which allows me to only pay for it when I am using it and not have to pay year round. I have a tiny, elderly pup that doesn't tolerate temperature swings very well so if this worked it would offer such peace of mind. The results from my experience? Wow! This is an amazing product. My Waggle with gps "fencing" ability seemed very accurate in temperature and humidity reporting. Towards the end of my trip I was out for dinner when I received reports of the temperature rising in the RV. I returned quickly and found an electrical problem had occurred which disabled my air conditioner, amongst other appliances. Waggle actually works for the reason I got it. I also had a short time that Waggle wasn't reading correctly on my trip. I contacted support immediately by email and they responded very quickly to let me know that there has been a brief issue that was resolved quickly. I checked in with Waggle from my phone often when away from the RV and it really allowed me to enjoy the activities away from the RV knowing that the AC was working and my pup was safe. I can see how the cameras would be another way of checking in for assurance that the pups are safe but I don't have one at this time. I believe that they require a more expensive monitoring plan. These monitors should work great not only in an RV but also in cars, homes and even outdoors. Great purchase!

I finally pulled the trigger on the temp monitor Pro to monitor the temp and air quality in my RV so I can feel secure that my pups are safe if my wife and I go out for an hour or two. This device worked exactly as described. We used it over the Halloween weekend and we finally have the peace of mind we were looking for. The 4g is the way to go. Wifi is very unreliable in RV parks and the 4g temp monitor worked flawlessly. I had concerns that the air quality side was not working properly so I contacted Nick in customer service and within minutes he updated my device solved the problem. I love the fact that my pups (as well as my wife and I) are protected should the fumes from a generator exhaust come through an open window. This device is a must for all RV owners.

The temperature reading is off by 15 degrees. See images. We are in the Colorado Mountains all windows open where it is nice and cool, I have a sweater on, no way its 81 degrees here. I am steaming with my Verizon signal so I know I have good cell service. I unplugged it about a our ago and have yet to receive an alert about power. I did get an alert yesterday when I tested it so I know it works but if it is not 100% reliable what's the point. Set up on the app was a total pain, it kicks you out at any point if you leave the screen and you have to enter all over. Even when I clicked to read the terms at checkout, had to start all over. Seriously I am all about techy things and this is a waste on money. The people that keep it probably don't even know if it works or not, and have not thoroughly tested it out, they just like the nice screen on their phone. Returning it today. SO UPDATE I spoke with support and apparently the unit lost the the cell signal. But I got no alert. So if it can lose the signal and not update temp readings or send alerts what good is it. I used the reset button and it seems to be working now. I will update again when I get the answer on lose of cell signal alerts. UPDATE 4 days now no response from customer service. I think they blackballed me. We were out yesterday and got a warning that we hit our 83 degree high head alert so we rushed back and the RV was fine the digital thermometer we have on the shelf and the one on the thermostat read 74 and 76. The only thing I would say it might be good for is the power off alert. IF YOU HAVE A CONNECTED CELL SIGNAL. JUST NOT RELIABLE FOR THE MONEY WE PAYED. ITS GOING BACK.

Loved how easy to set up it was. Since we use it in our camper only, I put a command strip on the back of the mount and it held great. We moved it around the camper to see if placement affected the accuracy and it didn’t. The temp was always accurate no matter where we put it. Never had connection issues. I love that it can alert more than one person. That way if one of us forgot our phone, it was ok. Should have got the one with the built in camera as well but I needed it next day. We improvised and used our blink camera to see our pup and this to monitor the camper temp. Subscription is a little pricey and I wish they had more options. 7 days, 14 days, 30 days, etc.

Works great. Trucker here and I use this even with my autostart and epu/apu because in the event it were to fail then I would know and be able to keep the dog safe on days with extreme temperatures. I use this the waggle camera and a carbon monoxide detector. I think they could add a carbon monoxide detector to this product to improve it but otherwise it is excellent. Can take it in your regular car too like the camera as they are very portable overall! Great for ensuring your dog’s safety when they have to stay in a vehicle for a brief amount of time.
