My views may be biased from drawing on a tablet, but here goes! Pros: The tablet has 4 buttons at the top that also double as a pen holder to keep it from rolling away. In total, you have access to CTL, ALT, Windows key, Tab, Shift, and Undo. The pen is not battery-operated, meaning it doesn't need to be charged. Now the tips will wear down eventually, so they will need to be placed but should last a few months depending on how much pressure you use when drawing. The drawing area may seem small but it's pretty effective. But there is a downside, I'll elaborate on the cons. The tablet works with multiple software and can even be used as a mouse. The pen has 2 buttons, The smaller front button is a grab tool and the back is a dropper tool shortcut (at least in Clip Studio Paint). They have more uses when combined with other buttons as well. The free softwares! If nothing else the 2 years of free Clip Studio Paint and access to 13 other software and trials. You can customize what the buttons do in each applicable software! Cons: Not a big one for me but the tablet is not Bluetooth. It has a USB wire to connect to the display that powers it. If your device doesn't have a USB port all hope is not lost as an adapter can easily solve the issue. The drawing area is quite small so it can be a hassle to move around the drawing if you aren't proficient with shortcuts. Picky cons: The buttons can be quite loud when pressed When drawing the pen makes a scratching sound on the tablet, this can possibly be corrected by getting a sort of paper-feel screen protector. Going from drawing on a tablet where you can see where exactly on a picture you're placing your pen instead of lining up your pen on a tablet with the cursor on your screen has been my biggest personal struggle. Not to mention learning the shortcuts instead of just being able to pinch the screen and zoom in and such. ... show more

let me start this off saying that there is nothing bad or wrong with its functionality! i have been using a screen tablet for a couple years now, and i bought this screenless one so that i could draw on my pc without hurting my back from being hunched over my screen tablet for long periods of time, and i used to use a screenless tablet for the longest time, so i figured itd be easy to get back into the swing of it, but i am having a bit of trouble getting used to stuff? that being said, im 95% sure that its due to the art program im using and not the actual tablet. i just need to watch some more tutorials for my program, but as for the tablet itself and how well it writes and such; its a great option if you dont mind the size! i personally draw in the same exact area always, not on purpose mind you! but i dont need the extra space thankfully, so this works just wonderfully for me! This product is great, but has its flaws. I have used Wacom tablets for over a decade so I knew what I was getting into. Given you have a understanding and acceptance of the quality of Wacom products and their software/driver support, this product is great. it works just like their other tablets I have owned by them and setup and settings worked exactly the same for better or for worse. the downside is that some of the same problems I dealt with years ago are just still a thing for wacom. Most of the complaints being more on the software side of things. their application is just kind of odd and outdated. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. sometimes your tablet connects and sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes I have to launch the software again to see the tablet, and sometimes it just works. Wacom drivers have always had this like cursed specific process of doing things when you first install the drivers and that still seems to be true. its trivial actually to get it working (you just have to install the drivers before you connect it at all which usually people screw up by connecting it first because they are excited which installs weird default drivers not Wacom ones so its not good and then its this whole process to undo it all and make sure the right drivers are being used), but i just was hoping we had gotten to a point where maybe it would just be a but more plug and play. besides the software my only complaints about the device is its small battery life, and it doesn't seem to work with other wacom pens. I own a cintiq and I can use a variety of pens on it from other models. I was hoping I could use my pen with the eraser button but no dice. oh yeah no eraser button on the pen. seems silly but if your used to it and were thinking maybe this would be cool for travel/drawing on the go, then consider that. ... show more

So I was recommended this by a couple of friends for my photo editing . I gotta say at first it was a little awkward but when it comes to using this it basically comes like a second nature . And with the ability to change the buttons action makes it that much more of a great experience. 10 out of 10 for recommend for anyone who loves editing their photos ... show more

The product includes a link to Wacom's website, which consists of videos that require you to enable advertising cookies before they'll play. Fortunately, setup videos are available on youtube. The tablet worked on my Linux install without having to download and install drivers. Firmware updates were also provided through LVFS. As others have mentioned, there is a laggy response when connecting with Bluetooth. Connecting with the USB cord, lag is not an issue. ... show more
