This is what I needed to connect my tablet to my computer. Worked. Plug-and-play. I’ve had zero issues with it and zero issues with image quality, responsiveness, etc. everything works as needed. Although not officially listed by Wacom, I can confirm this is also compatible with the first Wacom Cintiq Pro 16 (Model DTH-1620) which was released back in 2017. Seeing as how the Wacom Link Plus (ACK-428-19-ZX) has been discontinued, this converter kit is basically the only way you can get 4K to display on the DTH-1620 if you have no other way of getting it through DisplayPort Alt Mode over USB-C. I recommend people who have this older Cintiq like I did or any similar models that requires the use of a Wacom Link Plus for UHD resolution, to try this converter kit if they are in need of an official alternative. I am deducting one star off the rating for this simply because the retail price for this is too high for what it is. Premium Wacom products in general aren't cheap but such a high price for an accessory like this is overdoing it. ... show more

It did not work with my laptop. No matter how many time I tried to reconfigure and try to find out how to get it to connect, the tablet never connected, which is pretty bad considering this things one job is to connect your art tablet to your pc if it doesn't have the right ports. Had to return it and the tablet I got with it, wouldn't recommend ... show more

Very high quality cables, the HDMI and esepciythe USB-C cables are thick and sturdy, which isn't common nowadays. Unit works great

    • Didn't work as intended
I got this to connect the tablet we for to an older PC. The downside is that it doesn't work correctly with the model of tablet we had. It wouldn't so a single USB-c connection as the diagrams show to connect.
