My packaging came in completely secure and undamaged. Having the extra crystals was nice in case any were damaged. Only downside side for me was that I wish it came down lower since I have higher ceilings but it’s still beautiful. Two professional contractors were able to put it up without much fuss. So glad I had this installed by an electrician! He’s glad that he brought an assistant b/c the crystals had to be individually applied! It was a long task but the light is gorgeous. It flashes periodically so I hope it continues to shine!
