Not bad at all for the price. I have a lot of hills where I live so riding a bike is actually not really possible with a normal bike. This makes it possible for me to ride again. I priced a lot of other bikes, and this one is good. I find myself exploring now. I can go for miles without even thinking about the hills now. I haven't tried a 750W bike, but this one, even with the relatively large hills seems to handle them just fine. I'm not in great shape, but with this bike it allows me to build up to a real workout. When I purchased this bike I didn’t know what I was getting into. At first I thought I had to put it together…. boy I was wrong. The only assemble requirements, front wheel, seat, peddles, and front light. Charging battery only took about an hour or so. I ride the bike for the first time and it met all of my expectations extremely fast and can go a distance…..love this bike.     • No power, no battery life and error codes
Bought this E bike and was excited for it at 1st. Then I go to use it for hunting in the mountains and the 1st ride an error code came on. Ever since then it would last less than an hour, battery would die, no power, then 2 different error codes. Spent total of at least 3 hrs just pushing it back. The seat does not stay in position u choose n like I said will not go up even slight incline without peddling. They are located in china and are very friendly in trying to help me fix it but I am now waiting on parts to fix it myself and only had the bike a couple of months, only rode it handful of times n sorry to say it let me down each. maybe I just got a bad unit but has been very frustrating ... show more

This bike is truly a beast but must be handled with care. Check and read online reviews. Good customer service, I had an issue with a pedal which was quickly addressed to my satisfaction. Bike arrived with no issues or damage. Great displays and controls.

    • POOR SUPPORT
I hate to write negative reviews but I think it's important to pass on experience to others so they don't make the same mistake. You've probably read some of the other negative reviews regarding support so this is just one more. I've had this ebike since September of 2020. It's only got 53 miles on it because I broke my hip in October 2020 which has kept me from doing more. I've started to ride more (53 miles) recently and a couple of days ago I noticed the bracket that holds the LCD display on the handlebar is broke on one side. It's obviously a metal defect. I contacted Wallke and they said it's not covered under the warranty because it is a "man made problem" implying I broke it some how while it's been sitting in my garage the last couple of months. This is a Chinese company so sometimes one has to read between the lines in understanding what they mean. They are 14 hours ahead so be patient. If they don't like the problem expect 3-4 days for a response. When I originally got it and was putting it together the rack on the back was bent in a way that when I put it on, it sat way to the left on the bike instead of being centered on the back tire. When I contacted Wallke about it they said, oh just hit it with a big hammer until it's centered (no kidding). You've probably heard the term Chinese Junk. I wouldn't say it's junk but one would expect a little better quality when the price is considered. I got this particular ebike because I wanted a folding bike and all terrain bike so I could put it in my RV. However, this bike ways 73 lbs and when you fold it and try to pick it up to put it in a vehicle you better be strong. I'm a pretty big guy and I've been going to the gym for 20 years with the weights and stuff and I can say it's not easy picking up this bike. One last thing, the air shock on the front won't hold air. I contacted them about it and never heard back. End of story. ... show more

Please do not buy this bike. It has a major design flaw which can kill a loved one. I bought my 15 year old daughter this bike. She fell off the bike while going downhill and sustained significant injuries. She said her seat "fell off". If you examine the photos, one can see that the sole screw hold the entire weight of the rider basically snapped in half. The seat cam off and my daughter was hurt. When I contacted the company, they said they were praying for my daughter's recovery. She is so traumatized she never wants to ride a bike again. This matter will be handed over to a lawyer. Being a physician, money is not the issue. I don't want someone who buys this trash to lose a loved one. ... show more

I purchased the Bike in November 2021. The Bike performs well. Great speed and battery life. Although the bike is very heavy the ride is smooth and comfortable. I did have one issue with a broken back brake cable. Apparently, I must have damaged the cable when folding and loading the bike for transport. The support was Immedient and gracious as they sent me a replacement cable without charge. Just be careful when folding that bike and loading! Thanks again for a great Bike! ... show more
