The links on this chain are not 15mm, unless you measure them on some strange diameter. The actual size of the chain and collar are about what one would use on a medium 25lb - 40lb dog. Also, the chain measures length from end to end, including the rings. Most dog collar chains are measured on the collar excluding the rings at the end, and so the chain ends up 2" short. The narrowness of the links makes this completely ineffective and not appropriate for a large dog. ... show more

I’ve had it for a month now. I tried to scratch it on purpose to see how scratch resistant it was and it 100% passed the test. Our Pitty loves the style, not heavy on his neck- very comfortable. We had to exchange for different sizes twice and the customer service has been incredible. Here’s an example of the 24 inch collar with ring style. We decided to go with a clasp style from same seller but ordered a 22 because we want a little less wiggle room for our guy which I’ll review once we get it in!
