The couch came in 3 separate boxes. I ordered the 4 seat couch which is the full couch with 3 spaces and the ottoman in the color white. Its more of a yellow white. It was easy to put together and came with lots of spare screws. The couch shipped fast and was delivered on two different days. The texture of the couch is really soft. Love how the armrests are at a tilt makes nap time and laying down great and acts like an extra pillow. The armrest pillows have a zipper to attach to the couch so it wont be going anywhere. Ive had the couch for over a week now and its been great. Really comfortable and soft. I was worried about having a white couch with a toddler a dog and a newborn on the way but this couch cleans easily with folex. My daughter has already written on it with black washable marker, spilled food, chocolate, blueberries and it was all easily removable with the folex spray. I havent washed the covers and not sure if they do come off. The only cons i have is the back pillows are pretty flat and dont stay still. Im constantly having to adjust and fluff the back and seat pillows. Not sure if thats just what i have to do since i have a toddler jumping on it all day and using the pillows to build forts. Another thing is the couch is really low to the ground. Im 5”2 and notice when im sitting near the edge, my knees are already slightly rising upwards. Not sure how really tall people would feel sitting on this low couch. One thing i was surprised is that the seat cushion, although it looks separate, it’s one piece. This couch is amazing and looks exactly as pictured. It looks wonderful, is very comfortable, and was extremely easy to assemble. It's definitely perfect for what I was looking for and to fit with my style. Below are the reasons for a 4 star rating instead of 5: 1. Seems like the two sections kind of dip or sag where they connect in the middle. Not majorly noticeable, but enough to note. 2. As others have said, it is very low to the ground but if ya measured beforehand you know what to expect. I'm sure you could find taller feet to screw into it if it were a huge issue, but just keep that in mind. 3. Would be nice if they back cushions could be secured to the backrest itself by zippers or a heavy duty velcro as the cushions need adjusted often. Again not a major issue, just a minor annoyance. 4. The backrest height is definitely short. Works just fine for me being 5'2, but not as comfortable for my bf who is 6'1. So again all kind of minor things, but still an incredible couch. ... show more

So there are probably 4-5 exact types of this couch being sold on Amazon. I ordered this one for its delivery time which was almost under a week at the time. Ordered it so it would arrive when I move into my new apartment. This got delayed 4x and showed up 3 weeks after I ordered it. I tried to contact Amazon, but the company said it was “shipped” almost immediately after purchase (which it actually wasn’t), so I couldn’t return it since it was “shipped,” and have to wait till it comes to return it. Amazon tells you to contact the company, but they actually don’t have customer support on their website, only way to contact them is if they contact you first. So for 3 weeks this $700~couch was in limbo with nothing I could do. Couch itself is okay. The back rests are thin pillows and consistently fall over which is super annoying, but a couch is a couch. Don’t hesitate to buy this! It is perfect for my space it’s comfortable and plenty of seating area! Deep cushions you can totally get cozy on it, AND assembly was soooo easy. No more than 45 minutes I’m not kidding. I contacted the seller because I received one box first with one seat and I was worried, they were so receptive and reassured me everything was okay and the rest was coming and provided me tracking. I couldn’t find anything in reviews to help ease me. If you get split packages don’t worry, it’s coming! They send a message explaining this when you purchase it (I totally missed it, so look out for it if you buy this!) beautiful white color the back cushion is a bit still but you can tilt them to be more comfortable. I love this couch. I was super nervous about buying a couch with little to no reviews but I’m glad I took the chance because I love this couch. I got super nervous after I purchased and read that you can feel the springs on one review. When I received my couch, I fell in love! It’s so comfy!!!!! I don’t feel any springs and it’s just right. The only thing I don’t particularly care for is the back pillows are not attached so when you’re lounging you’ll have to readjust the pillows every now and then. The fabric is so soft. It had to be,,, - because larger couches would not fit through our doorways. It wasn't deep enough from - front to back for my liking. It took me an hour to put together. That wasn't bad. Came in 3 or 4 boxes. The ( cushions ) didn't match in color exactly but they were close. and their ( cushion shape ) was a bit - not fitting their ( outer wrapping cloth ). But I can sleep on it and had done many night mostly to not share a cold w/ the wife. Go for a step up from this unless - you have no choice, like me. Also I added new 3 inch legs I found on-line, to just the front legs, so You fall back into it. AND THAT Made ---> it a lot NICER, A Big ADD on that you should do ! ... show more

Cute couch. I did get it in white, which isn't the smartest, but you can wash the cushion and pillow covers. I can say, stains come out pretty easily from my experience. I will be remaking and restuffing the back pillows so that they're a bit more comfy and not so stiff, but it's not the end of the world.
