Its feels OEM but for my purposes I just needed the shell to swap the insides, no programming or key cutting for me. Everything lined up inside accept for the actual switch blade mechanism it just wasn't the same shape and the Ford OEM wouldn't fit. I was just about to give up when I noticed there is a push pin that connects the cut part of the key to the actual switch blade part of the key. Wasn't hard to remove the push pin and swap the uncut part of the key with the Ford and BAM I am done. Everything works as it should and the fob feels just like my OEM when I use the switch blade mechanism. Yes I could have just purchased the shell but I didn't like the quality of what was available and it came with a new battery. ... show more

It feels like the original, it works. I had it cut by a locksmith and the car found it and programmed it. I did have another key. The only fault I give it is that it has a slight delay when you push a button on the fob before the doors lock or unlock, other than that I have had no problem with it and I have had it for about a month. ... show more
