This item rocks. It lets you take the grip out do the equation for your rope exercises. Really helps with the mind-muscle connection. For sample, slip your palms into the loops and do some tricep push downs - takes the wrist joint and grip out of the equation. The only thing lifting the weight is your elbow joint extending. Just tried it on face pulls (it helped me pull at a slightly different angle), lat pullovers, tricep push downs, and it did not disappoint. Only downfall is that for my item, one strap is about 1cm longer than the other one. Noticeable when you compare your hands next to each other but probably doesn’t make a difference in reality. Just a small quality control issue.

First, I gave the strap 4 stars overall, but ONLY because I think it's just a bit too long. In my gym anyway, the adjustable pulleys don't go up high enough to make the larger, lower hanging loops very useful. I CAN use them in certain exercises, but only if I sacrifice a bit of range of motion in the process. It's easy enough to work around that shortcoming, though. I've really enjoyed using this strap and I really like the 'two-tiered' strap arrangement, which is what caught my eye originally. the quality of the strap is great so far, but I've only had it about a month or so, but it seems sturdy enough that it should provide years of hard work before it starts to wear out.

I travel with this essential item everywhere I go. Many gyms lack ropes, handgrips, etc. for the cable machines because so many take them home! I always have this on me. I had to buy a second one,unfortunately for me but lucky for someone else, I left it behind and someone took it. I don’t blame them though. It was a great find for them! Life changing. No more searching for rope attachment at gym on top of already waiting for an available cable machine. Not only that...but it's SOOOO much more comfortable to use than the rope attachment. My hands are more comfortable and it's also more ergonomic for your joints.
