We started with a traditional stationary bassinet before transitioning to a Snoo, and these waterproof sheets worked well with both. They also worked with our travel bassinet and the bassinet attachment for our pack-and-play, making them one of the most versatile baby purchases we've made. The "double sheet" method was a total game changer for us during the newborn stage. After a spit-up or blowout in the middle of the night, we could remove the top sheet and immediately have a clean one underneath. Less laundry, less stress, and much faster back to sleep. I'm very particular about keeping our baby's sleep spaces clean and sanitary. Every mattress in our home has waterproof protection, including bassinets. These sheets give me peace of mind for easy cleanup and protecting the mattress. On our standard rectangular bassinet mattress (31.5" × 15.75" × 1.5"), the fit was excellent—snug with no bunching, excess fabric, mattress distortion, or special tucking needed. The elastic has held up beautifully through 7 months of use and has never stretched out or slipped off. The Snoo was a little different because the mattress is a very thin foam pad. We noticed the ends curled slightly at first, but after placing it back in the Snoo and smoothing the surface, it settled into place quickly. We used one sheet on the Snoo and the double-sheet method on our other bassinets. As always, compare your mattress dimensions with the product sizing to make sure it works for your setup. These sheets are soft, breathable, and don't have the plasticky feel that some waterproof products do. They are also completely quiet—no crinkling sounds during the night. After 7 months of constant use, countless spit-ups, diaper leaks, and many washer/dryer cycles, they have maintained their softness, shape, elasticity, and waterproof performance. They have also held their color beautifully with no noticeable fading, pilling, or wear. We have never experienced a leak reaching the mattress. One thing I didn't fully appreciate until becoming a parent was how many baby products are tested and certified for things like harmful chemicals. Once you start researching everything your newborn sleeps on and touches, you realize there's a lot to consider. Knowing these sheets are GOTS certified organic cotton and OEKO-TEX certified, meaning they are tested for harmful substances, gave me extra peace of mind. I was so impressed that I purchased KeaBabies waterproof sheets for our pack-and-play and crib as well. We'll absolutely be reusing these for our next baby. These have become one of my favorite newborn essentials, and I recommend them to other parents. ... show more

These are amazing. Definitely waterproof, but without the typical plastic-y noisiness. Also fits the mattress for our Graco Smart Sense bassinet perfectly. So happy we purchased these since ghe bassinet only came with one sheet and Graco does not sell replacements/extras.

I love these sheets for my bedside bassinet note that they do not fit a full-size crib. They are specifically for a bedside bassinet. I love that they are not too thick so in the summertime they were keeping my baby nice and cool but now that it’s winter time I could use something a little thicker. The color is vibrant, but it does fade the more you wash it. These work great and they are very stretchy but not too stretchy as in they stretched just enough to be able to fit over the mattress snuggly and there’s not loose material for baby to get bunched up in. ... show more

    • Nice and soft, but super strong chemical smell

The sheets fit perfectly and are very soft. I had to dock 2 stars though because they smell VERY strongly of chemicals. I’ve washed them no less than four times now on the heavy cycle with baby-safe detergent and vinegar. I don’t want to use anything stronger because I don’t want to harm my baby’s sensitive skin and because of that, I’m not sure if I’ll be using these sheets at all. If it weren’t for that issue I would definitely purchase again, but because I just am not confident that my washer can get whatever chemicals are used during the production process off the sheets, I probably would not purchase another set. For what it’s worth, I also have a set of washcloths from this brand and they did not smell at all so it must just be part of the production process of these sheets. Update 7/22: I was able to get the smell almost entirely out of the sheets with a few additional washes, so I’m updating my review because the sheets held up extremely well to hot water and stronger chemicals. I think in total I washed them close to 10 times to get the smell completely out. The seller did reach out and offer me a full refund which was very kind in my opinion, but since I’m keeping the sheets I decided to turn it down and offered to update my review instead. I think I would purchase another set in the future, just knowing that they might require an overnight soak in OxiClean before washing the first time. They are the most hardy and well-priced cotton sheets I’ve been able to find so a little sacrifice on effort is okay in my book! ... show more
