  • Great Packing. Lots of accessories, Heavy Duty + TOP SHELF CUSTOMER SERVICE
Color: Kangaroo-blue
Just initial impression. Most impressive pack job. Mine was upside down in the delivery truck and there were 3 or 4 additional boxes. Yes it was $200 to ship, but, it has made me rethink all the "free shipping" bikes available. There was 20 lbs of packing and nothing at all appears out of amiss. After finish assembly and get some miles on, I will do a follow up. Lots storage baskets and a rear seat pad/backrest I have no use for. I am quite pleased at the moment. Just letting potential buyers know what to expect out of the box(es). Tools included. Seems like a little beast that can haul some good weight. UPDATE 29 July: Had a problem with the battery DOA. Bottom Line: I returned bad/defective battery, after a few emails with company. Good email communications. Company sent me a new battery with key set and I am a happy guy because the bike is a seemingly great a value. She seems pretty heavy but I am used to those little fold-able jobbers. This big boy is wonderfully fast, but, again, I am used to the small fold style that only went maybe 18mph. This puppy had me going 28 mph and it was really nice. The battery part of this purchase is, of course, quite an expensive piece. If a buyer receives a bad battery and the company sort of, lets say, becomes not really interested in addressing the matter that it deserves, well, it would be a big loss to the buyer along with perhaps some stressful frustrations. Well, I was hoping I bought from a company with integrity when the battery thing happened and they came through. My impression they are very interested in solving any problems. This is very important for some potential buyers and this company earned my comments as they stand. I have only ran this bike about three miles as yet, so it is not really a review on my opinion of this under riding with additional weight, etc. I will say this, it is very fast, for me, and, I know it can carry some good weight as cargo as I only weigh just over 140 lbs. One thing sticks out and it probably doesn't mean much, but, those big tires are something else! They appear as if they would be better suited for off-road riding and I would bet they would be quite effective, but, on paved roads, they are pretty loud. Perhaps I am just not used to it.Then again, big tires like that I have never had, so, perhaps take that part with a grain of salt. I am very happy with the bike, value and a big hats off to Customer Service. ... show more

  • Stellar bike for sure!
Color: RED
We have purchased several E-bikes over the years and this one has to be the best out of the bunch. First off, the look and feel of this bike is spot on. It looks killer. My wife gets a massive amount of compliments while riding it. Pros It comes 85% assembled so you only have to do a small amount of tweaks This bike is pretty darn solid and has a good amount of pep for going up hills The back reflector is an actual break light that flashes to let oncoming traffic know your intention to stop or slow down. It has a headlight so you can ride it at night. Walk through design is great. No more hiking your leg to mount this sucker. You just step through A good center of gravity that is much lower than other bikes making slow speed maneuvers much easier Rear (included) rack works well! Cons Doesn't have a horn? To get the headlight to turn on you need to hold down the + sign key on the controller until it turns on. Con is not having a dedicated button. Things you might want to know... You should adjust the brakes before riding it! If a brake drags you will need to remove it on the backend and adjust it on the front end. On the backend, you will need to remove two screws to pull it completely off the bike. There is a silver bolt to adjust that the rear wheel gets in the way of when it is attached to the bike. Turn it half way out if it is rubbing when you try to ride it and a half turn in if it isn't catching well. This adjustment is paramount to getting your breaks working correctly! It is very important so you don't warp the rotor if it is too open and not squeak and give you too much resistance if it is too closed. You will have to get a chair and have patience! Half turns! Then install again. Test it. It should be right up against the rotor without rubbing it. Once that side (closest to the hub) is done. You can then adjust the wire to bring the other side closer. The front end allows you to do this without removing the caliper because it has better access since the hub isn't in the way. You can get Allen wrenches with "stubby" hooks to do it without removing the rear caliper. Break in your brakes! If you do not, you will have loud squeaky breaks! Nothing the company can do. You did it to yourself! How to break them in? Go down a slow hill with a light break. Not hard enough to stop. Not on and off. Just smooth. Do this a few times. If you get squeaks... Get some sand paper and rub the rotor lightly to make it scuffed a little. Then remove the caliper and the pads. Scuff them as well. Then reinstall. Don't freak out. The brakes are easy to understand and figure out like a pro if you pay attention or look up some helper videos. I suggest and have no affiliation with: https://www.liv-cycling.com/global/campaigns/how-to-fix-squeaky-disc-brakes/20209 Also check amazon for green slime tube sealant. It is easy to add and it will make them basically run-flat unless you majorly cut the tire in half. Trust me. You will want some. Also a rechargeable portable tire inflation device. A good U-lock bike lock. And some saddle bags to put it all in. Last but not least, sun block! Because you will lose track of time riding this thing for 20+ MILES! ... show more

  • Big
Color: Kangaroo-Red
Just got this bike. Larger than I thought. I'm five feet and my feet don't touch when I'm on bike. I don't really mind but it makes it hard when I stop. I have to get off the seat. Beautiful color and back seat is big. I have not tested how fast it can go. I will come back when I test drive it. Edited... This bike goes fast. I got it up to 32 miles an hour. The seat still bugs though. Got some bruises from getting on and off. I think I will keep it for the look and speed alone. ... show more
