These were a Christmas gift for my wife and this is her review. At first the set was magical, truly non stick and easy to use. Now since having it since December 2021 aesthetically speaking it looks beautiful, the yellow color is still vibrant. I’ve used them to regularly cook and also washed by hand and the dishwasher but it has began to peel like skin does when you have sunburn and I have stopped using them for fear that I’m now cooking plastic into my food. Bought this cookware set a couple of months ago and I'm happy to report that it's lived up to its expectations! I highly recommend this cookware set for those who cook on the daily. I use these mainly to saute, for sauces, boiling noodles/soups, making eggs, pancakes, and grilling meats. I haven't used it for frying, baking, browning, or roasting, so I can't speak to its durability in those cases. Pretty: I've never seen a prettier cookware set. I worried about the wooden handles, especially how they'd fare in the oven or soaking in the sink, but they haven't degraded any. They don't heat up, so you can handle without mitts, but as another reviewer wrote: beware of the exposed screw heads at the bottom of the handles. They do get hot and will burn you. After months of use, the sheen on the handles remain, wood hasn't chipped or dented, and I haven't scratched the paint off the outside of the pots(but I do handle them with some care). The color I bought is neon green. Wasn't my first choice, but it was on sale. That said, no regrets. The green makes the food look good tbh, lol. Weight: These are heavy pots and pans. They won't go sliding off your glass top stove, which has happened to me with lighter aluminum pans. Perhaps I should balance the stove, but that requires bending over and lifting... I also love the lids for its heftiness, which comes in handy when you're wanting a little bit of pressure for steaming veggies or cooking meat. They don't have vent holes, but I like that. Speaking of the lids... Lids: They are awesome except the lids are made to fit the pots and NOT the pans. Because of the curved lip on both pans, none of the lids fit snuggly. They do the job, such as eggs and covering oil splatters but won't keep a tight seal. I end up using my silicone pot/bowl covers whilst cooking with the pans. Durability: So far, I have yet to scratch or stain anything. The other day I left some garlic and olive oil on for too long and there was char all up in the pot. I worried it would leave a char stain but it didn't! Came off pretty easily with a stiff silicone spoon + water. Like most coated and ceramic pans, you'll eventually get discoloration due to overuse, high heat, burning food, browning meats and thinning of the non-stick coating. I make sure to only use silicone and wooden utensils. Don't put these through the dishwasher. All in all, a great product and a good deal. There's a good use for all five sizes in an everyday kitchen and for daily use. Some sets give you too many sizes and pieces and it's wasteful.
