  • This is the best PLA filament you can get use.
Color: Black
Since getting into 3D printing about 3 years ago I have tried just about every brand/type of PLA filament out there. From the big name guys that every 3D printing site swears by, the budget no name store brands available, and everything in between. Not a single one of them has produced as consistent prints with next to no issues along the way as this stuff. Voxellab's PLA Pro simply out performs everyone else in ease of use, print quality, little to no stringing, whispies, or bed/layer adhesion. From the start of a new spool to one that sat out for months this filament is rock solid and produces consistent prints every time. It doesn't matter the color either as every one I have used returns identical print results. Due to that I really don't even mess with having to calibrate for the different colors anymore with this stuff as each new spool/color performs identically to the last. I often will keep the nearly empty spools out of dry storage sometimes for months since I use those for rapid prototyping and other basic testing where quality is not crucial and it's just as consistent as a new spool to one that has been in dry storage. I don't even bother using my filament dryer anymore for PLA. This stuff is just that consistent either fresh out of the box or months old and not kept in a dry box. I run a SV07 Plus and print at 250mm/s @ 215-220c on a 60c third party PEI bed and even though this filament is not specifically formulated for high speed printing, the dozens of spools I have run have all printed absolutely perfect happily every time at these speeds. So much so that I rarely have to go check on the prints now because this stuff just simply works. It's about as close to set it and forget it as you can get with a 3D printer. ... show more

  • high quality and prints well
Color: Purple
Filament is high quality and prints well on my Elegoo Centauri Carbon with no issues. The deep purple color is fantastic!

  • Great Filament
Color: Burnt Titanium
I don't use this alot but when I print something that needs to "pop" this is a goto. This stuff lays down like hot butter. Never had a failure on this filament. And the color is absolutely one of the best I've seen for a burnt titanium. Comes pretty dry, no stringing, no clumping. It just prints! And if you don't use it all, it stores fine. I had a roll I dried probably 4 or 5 times over a year, never a problem. ... show more

  • Looks great!
Color: Burnt Titanium
I purchased the "burnt titanium" color because it looked like a neat color and I was not disappointed. I'm barely qualified to get technical about this filament, but I did find that it was a good deal different than the translucent red filament that was included in the box with my Aquila printer - I was getting poor bed adhesion at first with this, even after cleaning the bed, and there were some signs that it just wasn't coming out of the nozzle hot enough. Fortunately, after raising the bed temperature to 65 and the nozzle to 210, I was getting flawless prints, definitely the best I've done so far. My experience is limited, but this is great filament that even a beginner can learn to work with. ... show more

  • Colors Not Deep Like Pictured
Color: Purple
Nice PLA but the Purple PLA is not as deep of a color as expected. It's about the same as the Bambu Lab PLA Basic purple.

  • Great Prints
Good quality, no problems printing with it. Color was consistent throughout. Unrolled smoothly.

  • Great Value filament
I've tried a lot of PLA filaments and I keep coming back to the Voxelab PLA+. It prints wonderfully on the Bambu X1C with some slight (initial) calibrations for the profile. The dimensional accuracy appears to be highly controlled, as it stays within the tolerance of 0.02mm as stated (this can have a big difference in print quality). With the X1C, I can get cubes within 99.9% accuracy in all directions with this, so I'd say the filament itself doesn't expand/contract much to throw off any dimensions. Now, this filament is highly dependent on print settings; if you print too fast or with too high (or low) of temp you will get a different "sheen" (e.g. the glossiness). This can be used to do some cool effects if you want, but keep this in mind for what you're printing as the object can come out matte or glossy (or a mixture). This can also affect the strength properties. Speaking of that strength, it does feel stronger than standard PLA, so that seems to be as advertised. I'd say it has slightly more forgiveness in terms of the bend it can take before it snaps, not anywhere near as much as something like ABS, but it's decent middle ground if you want something stiff, decently strong, and retains dimensional accuracy. ... show more

  • Great printing performance and color
Color: Purple
Amazing color. Got the purple. Very vibrant. Prints great right out of the wrapper if you're one of those who doesn't dry filament. Color is perfect for an item I sell so I use it often.
