I have owned several garden kneelers over the years and have found them to be indispensable in my work. I have had knee issues for some time and have had both knees replaced. I enjoy gardening and home improvement projects which often require me to get down to ground level. This type of garden kneeler has been indispensable to me so I keep 2-3 at different locations around my house for convenience. I use them all the time for a variety of purposes and using the handles to get up or down has been essential to continuing to work outside. I use the stool option when working with planters and for painting, repairs and other home improvement projects. This kneeler is certainly an upgrade to the standard kneelers I have used. It is wider front to back and has plastic handles and feet which makes it more comfortable to raise and lower from the kneeling position and protects the frame when using it on hard surfaces. The deeper seat and the corresponding depth of frame makes the seating configuration much more stable. The kneeling position is really not benefited from the depth of the pad as your knees will make contact in a relatively small area. However, the larger frame makes raising and lowering yourself a more stable and secure process. This kneeler is a couple inches lower than the standard kneeler and that makes it a little more uncomfortable for me to use as I'm closer to the ground. Finally, the standard kneeler uses a honeycomb plastic structure as a base between the foam pads and I have had two fail although I do use these kneelers often. This kneeler has a steel plate to form the base for the removable magnetic cushion. The cushion does hold well to the steel plate but can be easily removed when changing positions. This is the best combination of features for garden kneelers I've seen. The cushion is much more comfortable that the typical EVA foam. I do worry that the fairly thin vinyl cover is susceptible to tearing, particularly at the corners, but we will have to see. For some, they will appreciate the slightly lower seat of this kneeler given the "legs" are shorter. Those that wish to garden seated rather that kneeling will not have to bend over as much, plus the stability of the lower seat will be better. I prefer the somewhat higher seat and the corresponding higher arms of the original kneelers that better assists in rising to a standing position. Overall, this is an outstanding product that I highly recommend.

After viewing Garden Kneeler/Seats on the Internet for quite some time, I decided on this one put out by VOUSKKING, ordered it for this coming flower gardening season, and set it up today. Actually, there was no “setting up” to do. Not one single bolt or screw or strap or… All I had to do was unfold it and it was ready to go to work. We still have several inches of snow on the ground, so I had to settle for trying it out on the living room floor. The verdict is that I love it and it’s going to be a great help this year. The knee pad is thicker and feels softer than others I’ve tried. When kneeling on it, it is situated very low to the ground so your body position is almost like kneeling directly on the grass (only a whole lot easier on the knees). Sitting on it as a padded chair is going to be so much more comfortable than resting on a metal folding chair, which is what I have always done in the past. As I plant my seedlings in the gardens, I move around in different areas and, in so doing, am apt to leave a tool or two behind each time I move on. That is where the included tool bag that hangs on the side of the kneeler is going to come in handy, if I can only train myself to put the tools back each time I use them. That’s a good place to keep a pair of gloves, too, because I only use them part of the time. This was a great purchase. It is going to make gardening easier, and a lot more fun.

This is honestly one of the best things I've ever gotten for my garden! I can't even explain how much it has improved my whole gardening experience. I was previously using one of those foam pads to kneel on, and this does not even compare. For starters, it makes kneeling down to do work in my garden bed so much more comfortable. The pad is super thick and so easy on my knees. The next amazing thing is how it flips into a seat! Why did I wait so long to get one of these!? I have plant shelving in my yard with hundreds of potted succulents that I spend a lot of time with. I can now flip the kneeler and have a cushiony seat to sit on while I work! The frame is very sturdy. It arrived completely assembled, I just had to unfold the legs. I love that it folds up to easily store away when not in use. The included directions clearly show how to fold it back up, which is easy itself. I could go on forever about how great this kneeler/stool is and how much I love it. If you spend a lot of time in your garden like I do, I promise this will make gardening so much easier and more comfortable! This is a must have and a great investment! I'd 1000% recommend it!

This garden kneeler and seat is just what I needed! I have a knee injury which makes working in the garden a huge challenge. Before getting this garden seat, I was dragging my heavy patio table chairs around the yard. Using it as a kneeler is something I'm not able to do,but as a seat, it has worked out very well. It arrived nicely packaged. No assembly was required, just unfold and you're ready to go. I love that it is lightweight and easily folds for storing away. The seat has magnets, making it easy to swap positions on the frame. The magnets seem to work better in the kneeling position. When used as a seat, the cushion slips easily when I go to sit. The height for sitting is 17" from cushion top to ground. The frame is well constructed and sturdy. I would have liked a wider cushion. The listing states it will hold 350 lbs, so it seems the cushion should be wider to accommodate larger body frames. Other than the small cushion size, and weak magnet holding on the seat side, I'd say this is a good solid garden kneeler/seat. I'm taking one star off for this small (yet important) shortcoming.
