I love these knives. Ceramic is the sharpest blade I’ve tried they cut softer vegetables and fruits for me better than my Shun or Wustof. The couple of downfalls are that the handlers are plastic which is not as aesthetically pleasing and looks cheap sitting in the knife rack. They will eventually break since they are more delicate material and you can’t cut hard foods with them. These are not as nice as my Kyocera, but they work and are seemingly sharp. The Kyocera cuts smoother and with less effort than these do. That said, these three knives are less expensive than the one Kyocera, so if you're looking for ceramic knives on a budget, then these will do nicely.

I found these very dull - as in not sharp - compared to our other ceramic knives. After 1 year of ownership, one knife handle has broken already... and that is light usage because I only use these knives in a pinch when my other knives are dirty. I came here to see if they were still under warranty to get a replacement - but nope... Another issue which is probably the worse part is that the blade has a very sharp edge right where your hand is where you hold it. You can easily cut yourself just holding it normally... ... show more
