Has enough room to fit my lock and bike lock. Exactly what you need but the only thing is if you want it facing forward, it will cover the front headlight but no big deal, I just have mine facing the side or towards me.

Very difficult to set up. Doesn't stay in place. Very bulky for no reason, there isn't much room inside. I can pretty much just fit my charger and phone. I also had to install facing me because it's so bulky I can't zip the top without the handle bar in the way.

Pretty nice bag. Can carry your charger and a few extra items. Negative side is if you have led colored lights in front they will block the lights. You will have situate bag diffrently as shown in picture.
