It is beautiful furniture and pretty easy to put together though it is time consuming. It's reasonably comfortable as well. I love the color! I'm not great with measurements though which makes it hard for me to order things online. It's a lot lower to the ground then I was expecting. I'm going to look into buying blocks to put under them to lift it off the ground further. I'm not sure how that will work out since the furniture is hollow underneath but we'll see. Other than it being short it's very nice. The couch is a sectional and does not seem to bolt together in case anyone was wondering. ... show more

Arrived over three days in three boxes. Read this is standard from other reviewers but was still a bit anxious when the second box delivered by UPS on Friday and nothing by Monday. Checked order on Amazon and UPS tracking and both stated all had been delivered. Emailed seller thru Amazon and they promptly got back to me that the third box was on the way and they were only allowed to post one tracking number on Amazon and that only covered the first two boxes. They gave me a tracking number for the third box and it arrived the next day. Assembly would be MUCH easier it the parts were labeled like with many other items I've had to assemble over the years from furniture to grills. A simple sticker of A,B,C, etc. attached to the parts would have eliminated some consternation during assembly. Otherwise, pleased with the looks, the quality and the prompt customer service. Now to see how it holds up over time. Additional review: After 2 months, washed covers before applying stain/water resistant spray and two covers fell apart. Contacted thru Amazon and customer service got back immediately, asked which covers needed replacement and they were here inside of a week. Also asked about purchasing an additional cushion abd was told they would send one free of charge as an apology. Not only did they send the free cushion but they also sent a center chair and coffee table as an additional apology even tho I never asked for that. Nice to know that at least one company knows what "customer service" means and went well above what was expected! ... show more

The furniture is as described and good for the price. The cushions are not very comfortable, but I assume they just need to be broken in. I did have issues with the delivery and assembly. I was told that the package was lost for 11 days (UPS had no record of it ever being scanned). After requesting a refund, the very next day, it was scanned in as picked up by UPS; a little too much of a coincidence in my opinion. The different pieces seem to be made in different manufacturing facilities and the quality of packaging is not consistent. Assembly of the first box was very easy, good instructions and everything was labeled. The second box had good instructions, but none of the pieces were labeled. This made it a little difficult since the box contained pieces for two seats. There were also areas where the staples holding the wicker blocked the holes for the screws to go in. The third box was not labeled and did not have as detailed of instructions to illustrate which piece went with which seat that was packaged together. All in all, the furniture is fine for the price, but the overall experience receiving it and assembling it was unpleasant due to manufacturing issues. ... show more

This isn't a problem but I wanted to share that when I didn't receive the left arm of the set. I reached out to the seller and the seller was on point. Overall not a difficult assembly, and exactly what I expected! Wanted a sectional for our screened in porch and couldn't afford something huge. This set is perfect for the price. 4 stars purely because I can tell the cushions are pretty thin, I'm concerned how they'll hold up over time.
