I just got it and the sun was getting low so I couldn't do much testing yet. I'll update later if I find anything significant, good or bad. Feels solidly made. I particularly appreciate that it came with connectors already installed so all I had to do was plug things together. It was charging my little batteries which is all could test with right now. (There is no standard for these plug-pin connectors as to how the positive and negative are made, so it always pays to check with a meter to make sure it matches what you're connecting to.)

This is a nice little rig I have this mounted to my ATV since I don't use it on a daily basis the battery tends to go dead but this has definitely solved that issue this is also perfect for any batteries that may need charged or tended it comes with several different wires one with alligator clips,with bolt on ring terminals,an a cigarette lighter plug this allows u to simply plug into a cars cigarette plug an charge battery (as long as the plug works when key is off some dont) otherwise jus hook alligator clips to battery also each included wire has plugs to simply plug into the included charge controller I have alot of various solar equipment an can say that the panel appears to be very well made has tempered glass an full aluminium frame jus like the big panels an has a adjustable aluminum leg to prop it up if necessary overall this is a good item to have around to keep batteries charged without the need for electricity and is great for dead batteries or tending batteries in remote areas an is well worth the price in my opinion

If you don't know much about electrical converters, you're probably fine with this. If you know ZERO about electrical converters, plan on dedicating a few hours to learn things. If you have a friend or relative who knows this stuff, they'd probably know. I mean, I know how to hook it up to trickle charge a battery, but the product page shows a cable coming off the solar panel directly to a light bulb, & that's just not how this works. That's what I wanted. But there's a little more to it, & that's a time investment I didn't account for. And the instruction diagrams don't help much if you don't know the equipment. Minor thing: My kit was missing one bolt to attach the bracket. I had another one laying around somewhere. The rest of the pieces were there.

Works to power up a camera, so if you purchase for that purpose alone, probably ok. I have a 300W, 110W, and 30W portable solar panel. I use these for various purposes and definitely for charging my power stations. Both my 1000W and 250W power stations have inputs for solar panel charging and accept solar panels of 12V - 48V. My 30W portable solar panel will provide a charge to both, registering about 20-28W on decent California sun and even on cloudy or overcast days where it gets some sunlight it can charge 5-10W and register on the power station that it is charging at that level. When I tried using this solar panel just to test its power level on a sunny day, it didn't not register any power charging at all. Considering my 30W panel has registered as low as 5W on the station, I can only assume the level that this 20W panel is so low, it doesn't register a charge at all. Could be defective, or just very low output by this panel. It does work apparently for what it is advertised for, so I rated it middle of the road.

I really like that this includes everything you need to charge a battery. I am using these for small powersport sized batteries. At 20W, it is good for maintaining a battery, but you can't really use it to charge dead batteries. That would take a few days with direct sunlight. It comes with everything you need. The panel has a bracket for tilting or mounting it in a stationary position. A nice compact charge controller is included as well as multiple cables. I am using the clamp terminal for my batteries, but you could use the ring terminals for something more permanent. At $50, it is reasonably priced as a replacement for battery maintainers. THe fact that it is solar and works in remote location makes it more valuable. Size and power output are about right. I hope lasts a good long time.

Nice little solor setup to keep you batteries topped off. Comes with most things you need to set up. Easy to install and seems well made. Charge controller does a good job of topping off your battery and also has a light output for maybe a shed. I'm no expert on solar but this works for my shed, led light, and battery.

I use this to keep my batteries in my f350 topped off because it can sit for months at a time and it has a slow drain on the battery. This is more than enough solar power to keep my batteries topped up and ready to go at all times and will make the batteries last much longer. Totally worth the money!

The simple solar panel is somewhat easy to hook up. The instructions are a bit unclear and do not flow in an organized manner. The part that frustrated me is that this panel can only be used to charge Lead Acid batteries and not LiFePO batteries. The value for what you get is not worth it in my opinion.
