Great scooter so far. Although it is only day one, it is a good speed.And the battery lasts a good time. Haven't fully got to experience it yet due to my arm being broken. But I wrote it around the parking lot , and the dual suspension definitely works in will help a lot in my conditions. Just wished it was a little bit faster for the price.I bought it for.

It is front wheel drive which is not stated anywhere in description. It works great for flat areas. Im 160lbs and does struggle some on the hill heading back to parking lot from jobsite. Because of the hill I charge it about every 3 days. The power to charge ratio move in a linear fashion. Its not like a brushless power toll that stays near full power till it just dies. No fault to the scooter, looking back should of bought slightly more powerful.

I purchased this scooter in May 2025 and have been using it regularly to get to and from work. After a year of use, I can confidently say this has been one of my favorite purchases. It has been reliable, comfortable, and has performed exactly as I hoped it would. One of the biggest things that stands out to me is the traction. The scooter grips the road extremely well, and I always feel stable and in control while riding. Whether I'm riding on smooth pavement or slightly rougher surfaces, it handles confidently and gives me peace of mind during my commute. The suspension does a great job absorbing bumps, making longer rides much more comfortable. The motor provides plenty of power for everyday riding, and the braking system feels responsive and dependable when I need to stop quickly. The battery life has been excellent for my commuting needs, and the overall build quality feels solid and durable. Even after regular use, I haven't experienced any significant issues. Honestly, I've tried to think of something to complain about, but I really can't find any major negatives. For my daily commute and general transportation, this scooter has exceeded my expectations. If you're looking for a dependable electric scooter with great traction, comfort, and performance, I would definitely recommend this one.

We bought this scooter for my son to take to college. He linked it to his phone, but shortly after that his phone broke and he was unable to pair it to the new phone because it was already paired to the old phone. The seller has given us every excuse in the book to not fix the problem. They supposedly “shipped” the part, sending it to another city after verifying the address multiple times. and they’re asking me to call the shipping company but it doesn’t take address changes!! They refuse to ship me a new part. We bought the scooter in June and it is now mid September and the problem has not been resolved. This is the most terrible Customer service, it is an overseas company so communication has been hard. The scooter looks good, the price was right, but the hassle of having a problem and having to deal with this lack of responsibility it’s a big no for me. It is currently sitting in our garage because he can’t register it with his school, because without Bluetooth access you can’t get the serial number and the school requires the serial number. Amazon has not been helpful either so save yourself the hassle, DO NOT BUY!!!

Scooter does not fold easily after 3 uses due to rivet not long enough to retract secondary handle locking mechanism when triggering primary release. Speed is only 15 mph on flat ground never reached 19+ mph & of course slower uphill. Suspension is nice & battery range was better than my other scooter cheaper no suspension scooter at 15 - 20 miles vs my old one only 10 miles.
