Very bright lights
Color: White
Size: 7 INCH
Our house is super old so we’ve been slowly upgrading small things around. Our handy man recommended these lights to change in our kitchen and I’m so happy he did! Lights are amazing and very bright. He changed them super fast! He may have spent less than 10min installing each —though, I must clarify— he does have a lot of experience. The lights come with different color settings (warm, white, and so on), which is kinda cool, too.

Great bang for the buck.
Color: White
Size: 3 INCH
These are pretty good for the price, the connectors make installation easy, they’ve been up a month with no issues or flickering yet. The color selectors are a nice option. Junction box is very small, it’ll work unless you need to fit a few inches of wire inside per some building codes.

Good price but be aware of the duration
Color: White
Size: 4 INCH
After one year exactly, one of the bulbs stopped working so I had to buy one more box to replace it. Be aware this may happen to you.

Very good light output!
Color: White
Size: 4 INCH
The design of these lights offer many advantages, especially to the home remodeler. Unlike canned style recessed lights, you cannot make a mistake in placement since the light is 1/2” it can be installed into drywall ceilings directly beneath rafters and joists. I like the junction box design as it satisfies code. I do however, recommend using better connectors than the one supplied. For 4” they are surprisingly bright, so you may want to consider a LED compatible dimmer switch. The selectable Kelvin adjustments make color changing/ matching a breeze. At 5 foot spacing and a 9’ ceiling, they spend most of the time dimmed but are great at full intensity, especially when hosting parties. My recommendation as a longtime user of these ultra slim lights is to but 1-2 extra. The LEDs are good for thousands of hours, but the driver in the junction box may not. Of the 50 installed in my home, 2 drivers have been swapped out for failing. Buying the separate driver is as expensive as the entire fixture and companies change specs, connectors, etc. Overall, very pleased with these lights!

Lamp to small for a 3” opening
Color: White
Size: 3 INCH
Please be aware that you get what you pay for. The components are not the best quality but the worst part is that the surface is only 1/8” bigger. In other words if the whole is just 1/8” bigger than 3” you will have a hard time lining the lamp without showing part of the whole. Definitely not a good fit and makes for unnecessary retouches to cover the whole in the ceiling.
