I've been wearing them in the late afternoon, early evening to block out blue and green light waves (I got the red gaming lenses) and it's definitely reduced my eye strain and helps me wind down better which has improved my sleep. I needed these and anyone on a computer for a long period of time needs blue blocking glasses. The value for your money with being stylish and reduce eyestrain is very hard to beat not to mention they are light and comfortable. I would buy these again!!

    • Help With Sleep, But Frames Broke After 4 Months

I got the ones with the red lenses. I found these helpful with falling asleep at night without giving up using screens. But after about 4 months, the frame cracked and broke around the left lens. I'm trying to glue it back together so I can continue using them. So the durability is not great. I also found them a bit uncomfortable. The arms push curve and push away from the head. I think this is what put pressure on the frame to cause it to crack. The lenses are large enough to block light coming from the sides, but don't expect to look stylish if someone sees you wearing these. ... show more
