This is a great chair! It was very easy to assemble and the instructions were easy to read. The chair does exactly what it says. It has great vibration and heats. The remote is not complicated and by pushing the button you can recline or sit up and then if you continue to push it the chair will raise up to get someone to a standing position. Update: They quickly put me in touch with someone who better understood the main issue. They refunded order and made everything good.Refund was fastest I've had experienced in several years of using Amazon if one was needed. Ordered this and, had it delivered to my dads elderly neighbor . Chair was great but, they sent the wrong power cord . Reached out several times to their technical team only to get the round about game even though it was pointed out many times that the parts don't fit and won't line up right and, to please send a replacement. It was delivered in one box, dismantled. The instructions were not the easiest to interpret and it required definit muscles to put together and it hasn't stayed together 🙄 this is not for a large person! I am 5'2" and 170 pounds and I just fit in it. The back doesn't have bolts to keep it connected and while I was sitting in it, the back fell off. I can’t believe the cost of this item. It is fantastic for the price. I bought this for my mom for my house and I bought her a $2k one for her house. Yes there is a difference in quality and function but honestly this was an awesome price for a small recliner to put in a small bedroom for my mom. This is the MOST uncomfortable chair I have ever sat in. The “massagers” stick out in two points in the middle of your lower back. I bought it to recover from surgery and those points causes more issues than the surgery itself. I try not to post negative reviews before I contact the company. When I contacted the company they said this was a feature. So, go ahead and buy this chair if the feature you want is two round disks shoved into the middle of your back every time you sit down. Nice chair for the price. However, the armrests would not stay in place. I'm about to order a fabric glue to fix it. I hope it works out.
